Update!! I lost another lb today! YAY! Well, I havent gone to the bathroom in a while, so we'll see, lol.  Good for you!  I never weigh anytime but first thing in the mornings. Before coffee and just with my night shirt on. ( thin one) That way you will get more of a true reading. Never after I have eaten during the day. Keep up the good work!

Ok, today I walked all day, I left the house at 1:00 p.m., and I didn't get home til 7:00p.m.. Non stop walking, well, I did shop, lol. I lost two lbs today! YAY! My short term goal is 200, then 180, then 150, then 130, then my final goal, 120! I've got a ways to go, but Im NOT giving up! I dont want to look at myself a year from now and think, "If I would have just kept at it, I would be skinny by now"
