I do also read both the women and the mens if they have posted or said
something in the forums that has caught my attention. Just to find out a
little more about the person.

I will also look at the profiles of those that have looked at mine. But
myself I don't do the search thing and read the profiles that way.

Myself I come in to read the forums and post and talk to the friends I
have made in here. To see the differnt ideals that others have and to
have a few laughs on the way.

I look at the profiles of those that mail me, and of people that post in
the forums, just to get a better sense of the person, male or female.

If is someone that I might be interested, I look at the height,
interests, marital status and drinking habits.

I try to write back and say thank you to all of those that view my
profile.

Ya know whats missing from our profiles? A link to the recent posts that
we've made. (I emailed this suggestion to Mike/Van). I'd like to see
what that person THINKS. Most profiles are so short and dont really say
anything - whats a guy to do?

Think of it this way, a guy sees a profile and thinks the woman is
attractive, but the profile says only "I love to read, snuggle up by the
fire, and play with my dog". So, if I were to send an email its, um,
lame. Why? Because the decision to email her was artificial -soley based
on looks. It would be so much better to see what that person has posted,
and chat from there.

I think it's been addressed in the feedback thread, and emails...

I look at pics first. Make sure they're single, make sure they're within
my preferred age range, and make sure they don't have kids (at home) and
that they don't want any more kids as well.

I look at the Pic, Location, Marital status
and if looking for intimate encounter We stop thier
I read the Profile gives me an idea of who the person
is, Likes and dislikes,,, just an insight to who thier
are... Reading them on Forum is great gives you more
indepth knowledge to who they are

I sometimes look, just to look...Not really appearance that
matters...Male, Female...I look to see their interests, location, I like
to read about people in general...so, ladies, if I have viewed your
profile, I am not gay,,,rest assured...LOL! I fI want to add someone to
my friends list, I always view their profile...and when sending e-mails,
sometimes it's easier to go to profile...and it is interesting also to
see if we have mutual friends on our lists...

For me: I look for some personality traits "similar" to my own in their
description of themselves. Of course, looks/features are in the eyes of
the beholder...but basically the "character" of the profile is what
counts most to me....

i would have to say the first thing i look at is the eyes...

The first thing I look at is the photo. Then how old they are... I am 18
so, its hard to find many 18 - 25 year olds here. so yeah, its hard to
find a great match

Which usually when someones comment catches my attention I do read there
profile while on the thread. Hummm went to look again too lol. You do
have a good profile most guys don't write but a few lines and can't
really tell anything about them with I like to hunt and fish type thing.

I like to look at the profiles where the pic caught my attention.
Whether she was attractive or has something unusual in their pic.
Sometimes I can't see the person because they are so far away in their
pic that I have to look at their profile for another pic. I alway have
it in the back of my mind that they know that I have looked at their
profile, so I try not to impose on others too much, but I break that
rule too much cuz I like to browse.


I recieved an email yesterday from "sexybabe18" telling me that I
looked at her profile, and was informing me that I was not good enough
for her and that she would not read emails from me if sent. I don't even
remember looking.
Who is this Bit ch?....lol and I blocked her. This was my first negative
anything on JSH.

I hear ya Viking hell I look at the profiles to get and ideal of the
person themselves nothing intended by it at all. Either your a new one
that posted and what ever you said caught my attention or the pic did.
I'm just a curious person and like to know about the one I answer a post
too. So if you post a question yeah I will also look at the profile at
times before I answere there post in order to see how old they are and
what they say about themselves
