I normally get a vibe,and or if something catches my eye,could be
them,background items,etc,my 6th sense draws me,and nothing ventured is
nothing gained.

i look for cool pics..not just of the person but any funny pic i will
click on(its been men more than once )i never click on the super
model ones...waste of my time

I am a random profile checker. I look at pretty faces. I look at people
who are looking at me. If I really like what somebody has to say I look
at them. I look at people who are in my dating vacinity. I may look at
people who I find totally off the wall. ( I mean unusual folk)

Well for me pics catch my attention most. Also if they are single and
what they are looking for and how close they are to me. A nice
description helps alot to.

For most part, I don't look at the pics unless they are men w/o shirts.
Those I just ignore all together since they are advertising for
something I am not interested. I am kinda new to this onling stuff so,
I like to take my time to get to know someone.

I really wish there was a link so, we can see recent post by different
users so, we can grasp a better understanding of who they are, but for
now, I rely mostly on their profiles.

Do bit of a filtering,
Age & location first.
Then read the profile. If person has been posting and it’s a long one
I’ll read it all. Otherwise just catch the highlights before my eyes
glaze over.
Of course checking out all the pics is mixed in there some where.
I’ll check the interests and if they have kids
… kinda like that


I really like the idea of a link to check out the persons last few posts
to get a better idea of who they are.

I only look at some of the forum posters, when I want to know more about
them...understand them a little better...as to those others 'out
there' nope...I keep my eyes shut..

I go directly to check the "Smokes?" category, if the answer is Yes or
Often, I get back to my homepage, Id rather view my own profile LOL

i'll look at a profile to see what they have to say about themselves.
being married i'm not looking to find someone to ride off into the
sunset with so i'm here to make friends. i'm sorta of how should i say
this hummmm reserved when it comes to having people become my friends i
like to see what their about. see what they like. read what they say on
the posts. answer a time or two & if they don't respond on the posts
assume they want to pass on gainin a friend at that time & try again
down the line. gotta go rush is on the radio & i don't want to be
disturbed.

I read to see how they can write. I don't want to start a conversation
with someone who writes with no imagination or wit.
Are they different, do they seem to have more than a grade school
education and can they think outside of the box?? And finally, I look
for common interests. I suppose this sounds picky, but heck, it's the
way I see it.

I mostly look at people (male and female) that post in the forums if
they've posted something that has made me laugh, or is something that I
could have written myself. I look to see what they're interests are,
what they're looking for, etc.

Awwww lots of good reasons. But truly I do not understand those that
actually get made for the same sex looking at there profile. It is only
a profile I will read the men and womesns profiles just to get an ideal
of the person them self. If they make a post at I will look to see how
old they are for at times the questions that some do ask. Are beyound
there age and then at times I do consider there age according to there
post. But profiles are just another way of getting to know
the ones online and that I talkd to here.

So True,, I Don't know why people get so upset with one looking at thier
profile,, How are we supposed to get to know each other without looking
male or female,,,
