same reason a man is sensitive about his penis sizeslaphead
rofl rofl rofl and women perpatrate the story size doesn't matter? give me a break... It all really comes down to one thing are you happy with your own appearence? All my life I had to maintain my weight with in standards ( military).. so its easy for me to maintain my weight.. I guess I expect a woman should be able to also.. sure there are extenuating circumstances granted.. and maybe penis size maybe an issue also for men. But you do with what you got and make the best of it... but not with someone who is 300 lbs...rofl rofl

i know im over weight and sometimes i feel insecure about that. but all the guys i have ever dated never looked at my weight they saw the beauty within.. the guy now see me for me. which i find awsome and my health issue doesnt bother him..

for some people they don't care enough to do anything about it other than complain

that is what makes it, unfavorable..they chose to live the life style they have and refuse to fix bad habits..they want someone else to fix them

some things like pregnancy, disease, and a comprehension of age and hormones... afford leeway in strict standards...its not always your lifestyle or choice sometimes sh*t happens....

but the problem with weight is obesity is occurring more frequently in children who haven't even hit puberty..whos parents dictate what when and how much they eat

that is disturbing..that is a trend that says whoa..something needs to change and fast...

oh I'll play with fire!

for one, the media just plays and plays on the notion that to be beautiful, one must be a size 00 ....
and society / media just shoves that down the throats of girls starting a a young age, and hey it sticks to alot of 'em.

You hit the nail right on the head. At least for the U.S. The media is SO obsessed with weight. Who's gotten fat? Who's gotten thin? Who's gotten plastic surgery? Etc., etc.

I remember when the movie Titanic came out and there was this magazine with pics of Kate Winslet and Drew Barrymore on the cover. The title was, "Is fat in?"huh

I have always been attracted to bigger women. And let me clarify that I mean up to 200 pounds if she wears it well. Some men dig curves, large natural breasts and a big ole bootie. shades

i'm just gonna pick one thing in that chunk written above this..

i completely disagree that the reason its unfavorable is because some fat people do nothing but complain. i think its because fat is unhealthy and considered by society to be ugly. and therefore detrimental to a girl's self esteem. regardless to whether she does anything about it.. if everyone around her and everything around her is trying to convince her she's ugly because of her weight.. its gonna make he sensetive.

and thats all i gotta say.

oh wait... EDIT!! lol take it from a fat girl.. if you let the outside pressure get to your self esteem regardless of your size.. you'll hate yourself in the end.

Actually this is sadly true. Had a ex that was 5'2" 120lbs always skipping meals to keep her weight down. Funny what the human mind perceives reality to be.

Skinny is too subjective. I prefer a normal weight class according to BMI.

When I got married for the second time, my wife weighed 134 lbs. Within the first year, she weighed as much as me. Yea, sh*t happens and it didn't make me love her any less, and it was medication related.

A goal towards healthy living wouldn't hurt. Lose the anerexic models of beauty. Lose the notion of blaming someone else for the problem, accept responsibility and deal with it, I say. All I want to know is how a 3 lb cheesecake made me gain 7 lbs!!!! laugh laugh laugh laugh Oh well. No more cheesecake for a week for me.

I have friends of different weight classes. I don't think of any of them as ugly Unhealthy, possibly, but not ugly. As a friend, being encouraging and understanding is something any friend should be. I'm pretty sure each of us have some characteristic that would be considered a defect by someone's standards.

I agree, but the thing is, most people won't do this with any other part of their life, why the hell would they do it with their weight?

I do have to laugh at women who use the word, "skinny". It always sounds so jealous and petty, even catty.
