Im taking my two large livestock guardian dogs to the vet this morning. The male is easily about 110 lbs now. They are brother and sister named Benjamin and Sarah. They are livestock guardian dogs as I live on a 47 acre farm here. This is what they look like and they are called Maremmas.
This is a female. The males are more "bulky" |

Oh gosh Ruth, do you want to load those two up in the van today? Be my guest! Just kidding. They arent too bad and do okay at the vet. Probably because they are together so not as nervous. They are brother and sister but neutered of course.

Don't want to go to work, but I am. Have to get boxes to get my stuff out of my destroyed car.
Gotta get plates and take them to the DMV and tell them I don't have the car anymore. Same with the insurance co. Walked a mile on the treadmill already. I've managed to keep up my new years resolution for two days now....... Oh, don't want to forget that I need to get to JoAnn's fabric this weekend to get the remainder of stuff I need for the Kimono I'm making for March. |

Going into work for a few hours today then going to take my dog for a walk at the park. It's going to be unseasonably warm today....YAY!

I know some of it's probably a pain, but I would love to work outside rather than in an office all day. I do get out a lot doing presentations and working with the deputies, but that's still dealing with people. I'd rather have a garden. |

I do hair all day and feel like I work in a cave sometimes...lol. To be outdoors for a while would be fab on nice days of course! Like it's going to be today. That doggy is beautiful! I can imagine! I guess I am lucky that I can get out when I need to. I can always come up with an excuse to leave....some fieldwork that needs to be done....when I feel like I'm gonna start climbing the walls. |

I'd like have some land, grow what I want to grow and have a little store to go with it to sell all my "potions". I guess this is |

The only problem is California wont allow you to run a business from your home. I am actually using a part of the farm itself as the clothing shop. So visitors can stop, look at the alpaca and then shop in the store if they want. In California you have to have all kids of licenses and permits to run shop and its a hassle. |
