Maybe they contact you for a lark. I say exactly what I'd look at and other ones contact me and expect me to chat with them with this IM flags, lol.

I read all the profiles regardless of how long they are, I think alot of people when it comes to reading mine stop half way through because it is so long, it's just that I have so much to say and that I want people to know about me.

I used to read profiles.

After the 14,000,000th "I don't know what to write here" and the 12,000,000th "Anything you want to know, you'll have to ask" and the 17,000,000th "I'm laid back and easy-going," I just sort of gave up.

My profile is REALLY long (and admittedly meandering) -- because I took the time to (hopefully) incorporate some sense of who I am into it.

98% of all the profiles I've read, though, clearly belong to people who either don't care enough, or who are too lazy, to want to provide potential readers with anything of any substance whatsoever.

I'm not looking for anyone like that.

Tell a woman you have read War and Peace....she will never freaking believe it.

I read all the profiles I look at. Two things I look at are I don't drink anymore-so no parting and I don't believe in religion. Everyone is entittled to their own choice, mine is don't preach to me and I won't preach to you. There are acouple of other things I look at, but they are minor issues. So with that said, Everyone have a nice holiday and be safe.

Your profile is nice, at least I think so....It gives the essential information. Your pics are attractive and it gives a little insight to your personality. I'd be interested to meet you but I don't initiate contact by email until I'm invited to...
If I do email someone, it's just to say hi or make some positive innocent comment.

I'm editing to say that I've never "IM'd" anyone.

I have two lines on my profile and they don't even bother to read that.

i'm a reader... i prefer interesting profiles. the ones that aren't i don't usually pay attention to. and mine is a read all on it's own. i can tell when someone hasn't taken the time to read it. it's a waste of my time talkin to them.

I don't just randomly im people. So I always read what is inside of a profile after I have decided that the girl is worth looking at. So first picture, second profile. When I enter the profile first thing I look for is a kid, second thing is more pictures, then if both of those are good to me, then I look at the information. Depending on what I read creates whether or not I move forward with a message most of the time what is written or if nothing is written I move on to the next person. It's the writing within the profile that really brings me to decide if they're worth talking to but it's very rare that I ever message anyone. I'd say out of searching through 10,000 people I might message 15.
