Too general, but what the hell. I think it was Chris Rock that said men tell more lies, and women tell bigger lies. I agree. I was about to give the politically correct assessment in that dishonesty is not correlated to gender but is a personality trait that is learned through various environmental factors and punishment vs. potential gain positive or negative reinforcement. . However I think your idea sounds reasonable. Women very often will involve themselves in more serious or complicated forms of deception. Not that Im speaking from experience of course. Of course not, Krimsa. I'm sure you are a perfect little angel.

This is one debatable topic which which you find everyone blaming the opposite sex. Which gender do you believe is more of a lair? It's relative to the individual. It isn't gender specific. Why would either gender somehow be immune to evil motivations?

Women like more regularly than we realize, but they're almost always about small things. "these are real diamonds, you look so cute in that outfit, of course I like that sweater you gave me, mom." While men don't lie as often, but when they do it tends to be more serious. "of course I love you, why would I cheat on you with that girl at work?, I have a job"

I just don't seem to understand why people lie, especially in an intimate relationship. You can be living with someone for years and not know thst you are apart of a lie, yet most women will say that men are "NATURAL LIARS" I love how u r tryin to spark some huge argument, I call this a FAIL nobody really seems to be goin for it.

Which gender is quick to lie about cheating, who is more likely to cheat or what ever the case maybe? Is it you or your wife/girlfriend? People who cheat lie about it... male or female. Both are wrong in such a situation.

There are white little lies that 99% of people are guilty of and there are big lies that I think men tend to do more. A lie is when you tell something that you know is not true so let me ask... If you believe what you are saying is it a lie?

If you believe what you are saying is it a lie? Good question. From the perspective of clinical psychiatry and diagnosis of borderline personality disorder, this question is constantly debated. Sociopaths lie but they very often believe their own falsehoods as being based in truth. This is why they can often beat polygraph tests and why this evidence is currently inadmissible in a court of law.

Men are the biggest liars. I guess I used to lie when I was married about things like how much something really cost or things like that. Now that I am free I don't lie. I don't have to. I make my own money and do as I please when I please.

That is changing however. Its also not to say that women in positions of authority would not also fall victim to certain unscrupulous behaviors.

This is actually one of those subjects that regardless who lies more. Men will say it is women and Women will say it is the men. But when in fact it comes down to it does it really matter who lies more? A lie is a lie no matter how you go about looking at it. !! Both men and women lie and they have their own areas which they are better at then the other. But ………does that make it right for either of them to lie? Matter of fact if you ask everyone if they have ever lied or stretched the truth in their lifetime. I can almost bet that if anyone says they have never told a lie that is a lie in itself. I would almost bet that everyone at one time or other has flat out lied or stretched the truth at some point or other. Even what some call little white lies in reality they are still lies. We just call them little white lies that way in our minds we have and excuse for telling that lie.

It's simple women lie on purpose, men are forced to lies. Women, you don't look that good when you wake up. You put on that morning makeup, jazz up that hair and BLAMO - one hot chick. Also one gigantic lie. The first of many, like "I'm only getting one thing (in that store)." "I'll be ready in five minutes." "I invited my mother over, I know how you enjoy spending time with her." "You'll have more fun at the ballet than sitting here watching football." Men, well we are forced to lie, we never really want to. For example - When asked "how do I look in this?" That's forcing a lie. Or "where were you?" Forces a lie. "Did you like the meal I cooked?" Forced lie. Think about it. Your man would never speak, except when you force a lie from him. So, while men lie, we don't really want to, it's forced upon us. Women, well I think you all enjoy lying just a little.
