Nope. The Lions already locked that up. They are the first team in history to start 0-15.

The Bucs couldn't manage that because they only had a 14 game season.

Don't worry. The Lions can't tackle anyone. The Packers will still win.

The bucs do have the worst winning percentage ever though, and im not sure if the lions will join them

The Bucs went 0-14 and started the next season 0-12. A grand total of 0-26 before they won again. Much worse than our current state, but I wouldn't put it out of Detroit's grasp next season if they don't win today.

On a side note, I'm extremely shocked that Smith has nearly 30 carries! How did it take this long for them to decided to RUN THE BALL?

It wasn't the worse game of the year. But it's still a loss. 0-16 is offically ours. Congrats Detroit, you earned it.

Funny how they finally figured out that if they run the ball...they'll actually be able to PASS it...lol

Well...the rally unfortunate thing is that, even though they are now " officially " the worst team in NFL history, their owner doesn't have a clue.

That means we, as Lions fans, are going to be in for more of the same.

am i the only packer fan that loves Aaron Rodgers, i mean he outplayed most quaterbacks this year and it wasnt the offense that lost games this year, if we had steelers D we wouldve won EVERY game this year plain and simple

I think there was too much pressure put on him this year by the Farve Fanatics. He played the best he could under it all. I can't wait to see him again next year drinker

Yes lucky for you Packer fans you have a good quarterback to build around.

I just wonder how far this losing streak will continue into next season? I really really really really doubt we'll be the Miami Dolphins of next season.

Not unless we make some really spectacular picks in the draft.

By the way....many thanks to the Cowboys for choking this week and making the draft picks the Lions got for Roy Williams just that much better.

Justinc, The Lions are far better off than you think!

Consider that they brought in Culpepper after the season started and he almost pulled out a few wins... He's better than Half the QB's in the League (trust me as a Viking Fan, we'll trade you anytime and so would the Bears)

Then add to that your young RB & Big Johnson himself (Calvin): although your ownership (the Ford Family?) should manage to F' things up....

I thought Kitna predicted 10 victories this year? Well he certainly is an idiot.

Oh geeze...this again...

He did NOT " predict " 10 wins.

What he said was " If we don't win ten games we will be disappointed ".

He said it last year, and he also said it before this season started.

When the season started, I already knew it was going to be a rebuilding year if only for the fact that a different quarterback was stepping in, filling the shoes of a legend. My expectations were a bit lower this year simply by knowing these things. I knew there was going to be a lot of Favre Fanatics (don't get me wrong, the man wears a cape), but I also knew that Rodgers could prove himself, and he did just that. I'm not worried. Everybody will get their sh!t together during the off-season....not so much the offense, but the defense.
