Coming from an outsider, I would have to say the best thing to me about Texas so far is that everything is inexpensive. Homes, cars, insurance, and theres no state tax.

I think Texans are more down to earth people.They know what's important,like family,traditions,and friends.We know how to treat people.
|
|
|

|
Trust me...it is the ladies....ain't nothing like a good Texas woman...sweet, beautiful, hard loving, hard playing and take no crap....I love em!

The best thing about Texas is the sunshine that grows the grains that eventually turn into Shiner. I have to agree Shiner has to be the best beer around to wash down a great brisket, at a fourth of July party on the Brazos River. Durn...I can't wait to be back in Texas. Only a month. Hope I haven't forgotten anything! |

I would have to say by far I am the best thing in Texas, haha jK on a serious note. There are so many wonderful things about Texas. And a person of any background can find something here for them. All depending on what you like to see and do. You just have to find the right area for yourself. But for the most part the weather is awesome :)

Best thing about Texas is when others have to dig out of the snow just to get to their vehicle in Texas we are still outside BBQ.

no matter where you go or where you've been when you cross that state line you know you're home again

Zeigen Bock, Rodeos, Big Bend, Air Conditioning, Golf in January, the fact the Texas is the only state to enter the Union under treaty as a sovereign nation and Pulled pork BBQ.
That's just a start but you see where my priorities lay.. |
