I highly doubt, such a prerequisite would ever be implemented. I do understand and appreciate the concerns, however, implementing such a policy, would greatly limit growth. As far as scammers go, Charles does a fantastic job of keeping them off the site. The mods do their fair share too. What you all can do to help us out in this area, is to simply report any suspicious email or profile. This sounds like a plan to me, thanks Mark, I think you all do a great job  And you and Charles are kinda cute   thanks for the feedback Mark....
