We’ve got another match. This is exactly what I mean...people who accuse others of doing what they are the ones doing. Thanks for making my point abra... Don't think your dumb remarks intimidate me...I'm in GREAT company with ANY of God's chosen. Unlike those like Lonely (I'm not surprized he is either..lonely that is) who disrespect God by putting down those he knows nothing about & claiming he knows something he doesn't, causing division instead of good faith. let's get back to seriousness. this is the Jesus I know, this is the Lord I kneel: Back in my Lord's days who were the righteous people: the pharisees and scribes (translated in modern days the so called "christians" who used christianity to call sinners to other, and they don't see their own sins - me included), and who were the sinners: the publicans, the samaritans, the prostitutes, etc. (translated into modern days those we call pagans, atheists, etc.) who did my Lord hang out with? the publicans, samaritans, and prostitutes (the sinners). who did my Lord criticized so harshly? the scribes and pharisees (the righteous) And whenever He was with the sinners he never judge them telling them they are going to hell or whatever things these "christians" do, He just told them your sins are forgiven, go in peace. Therefore, the fundamentalist view in which others are not childrens of God just because they are not christians does not fit my view of my Lord. And if christianity were just that, and not what it really is. I would be the first non-christian. But since I was a little boy I have been taught the real christianity. I will remain christian. Do you think that those publicans, samaritans and prostitutes were proud of their sins? Do you think that they rejected God? You are denying the words of Jesus recorded in John 8 OF YOUR BIBLE and substituting your own words and assertions? Miquel, do you think that is wise? Godly? I'm not the one to say if they felt good or bad. That is between God and them. My only mission is to love them as my brothers and sisters regardless. That is godly wise. I didn't say that you shouldn't love them, did I? I didn't say that they aren't brothers and sisters in humanity, did I? But not everyone is a child of God, according to Jesus. I'm not making a baseless assertion here, that is what Jesus taught. And I can assure you that they were repentant, otherwise they wouldn't have sought out Jesus. Love God above anything else. Love your brothers and sisters as you love yourself? Ignorance does not make them less God's children that you and I. FIRST: They deny my Lord not because they choose to deny Him just because they want. They do so because christianity has been distorted by men (catholics included big time). Thus, the normal reaction is denial, and sometimes hate. SECOND: what about those who have not have the grace to know God as we do? Let's say the native people in africa who have not have a missionary to tell them about my Lord. Aren't they God's children just because nobody has taught them. Therefore, as far as I understand the failure with fundies is that they close salvation to the world. When my Lord says that salvation is open for everybody. Maybe my mind is too closed, but I can accept that a person living in Africa who has never been told about my Lord is going to hell just because he or she is not a christian. My Heavenly Daddy is way bigger than that.

Matthew 22:36-39 "Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?" He said to him, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Notice that I quoted the Catholic Bible and not that darn evil KJV? If you look in a KJV, you will find the same message. "Love your neighbor", not "love your brothers and sisters". You are ignoring the elephant in the room, namely Jesus' words. WHY DID JESUS SAY YOU HAVE TO DO THE WILL OF GOD TO BE ONE OF HIS BROTHERS AND SISTERS? WHY DID JESUS SAY THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD AND OTHERS ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE DEVIL? Notice that I quoted the Catholic Bible and not that darn evil KJV? If you look in a KJV, you will find the same message. "Love your neighbor", not "love your brothers and sisters". Well, I denounce the Bible from whence your quote came then. It's no big deal. Clearly no one has a clue what Jesus might have said. To many bibles, who knows which one might be true, if any? TLW, Your answer is completely lacking of any logic. Look who's talking about logic. The man who doesn't even know what the word means. Christianity is supposed to be a personal walk with God. Therefore it's utterly illogical for one man to be trying to tell another man how he is supposed to walk with God. Christianity claims that only the Holy Spirit can reveal the word of God to people. But now we have a man named Spidercmb who is claiming that only HE has a correct understanding of the word of God. There's been a change in management folks. Spidercmb has taken over the duties of the Holy Spirit. From now on if anyone want to understand what the Bible has to say you must ask Spidercmb. The Holy Spirit is on sabbatical. You're as illogical as they come Mr. Spider.
