Have always enjoyed the Doctor. Especially the one with the scarf. Anybody have a sonic screwdriver I can borrow? The Chilton manual on the Taurus is hard to read. I would ask the Doctor but he must be off on some mission on Gallyfree.laugh

I'm a Second Generation Fan.

My favorite Doctor was #4 (Tom Baker, aka the dude with the Scarf), but he has taken second place now to #10 (David Tennant)

YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!!!!!

Not likely as Gallifrey was sadly destroyed and The Doctor is the last known Time lord. If you are referring to the previous Doctors, then sure.

I'm in a bad mood, my DVR records "Doctor Who" every day on BBC America, but when I watch it, it's some stupid cooking show. I don't know whose fault this is, but I'm blaming my cable company. I think I'll call and complain tonight if the same thing happened again.

It appears that the online schedule in my DVR is wrong. Doctor Who used to be shown every day at 6:00 PM ET. Now it's some chef show, that I have no interest in. The problem is that my DVR still has Doctor Who listed in that time slot, so it records the wrong show. I think my cable company gets lazy when they are loading the schedules and just copy/paste the previous weeks shows. I am going to call them to complain and try to get it straightened out.

The TARDIS[1][2] (Time and Relative Dimension(s) in Space)[3] is a time machine and spacecraft in the British science fiction television programme Doctor Who.

A product of Time Lord technology, a properly maintained and piloted TARDIS can transport its occupants to any point in time and space. The interior of a TARDIS is much larger than its exterior, which can blend in with its surroundings through the ship's chameleon circuit. In the series, the Doctor pilots an unreliable, stolen, obsolete Type 40 TARDIS, once referred to as a TT Capsule, whose chameleon circuit is faulty, leaving it locked in the shape of a 1950s-style London police box. It was stolen from Gallifrey where it was an old decommissioned derelict, and the unpredictability of the TARDIS's short range guidance — that is, relative to the size of the entire Universe — has often been a plot point in the Doctor's travels.

Although "TARDIS" is a type of craft, rather than a specific one, the Doctor's TARDIS is usually referred to as "the" TARDIS or, in some of the earlier serials, just as "the ship". (In the two 1960s Dalek films, the craft was referred to as Tardis, without the definite article.)

Doctor Who has become so much a part of British popular culture that not only has the shape of the police box become more immediately associated with the TARDIS than with its real-world inspiration, the word "TARDIS" has been used to describe anything that seems bigger on the inside than on the outside.[4] The name TARDIS is a registered trademark of the British Broadcasting Corporation.

I got Taurus and TARDIS mixed up and would like to apologize to any British readers. TARDIS was not built by Ford Motor Company.
