Depends... if it's compulsive or done to get my mind off other things, I clean to the sound of silence. If I'm trying to force myself to clean, usually loud tv (like L&O, Comedy Central, or the news) or loud music.

Music isn't enough to keep my mind occupied. If I don't have something with a little more plot, I tend to get really distracted with things I find while cleaning.
Using the time to reflect on things often leaves me very down. Strangely enough, I used my gaming time to contemplate things. It works for me. |
