wyatt....wait that was one of my favorite movies. i missed heston in it? my dad's family has been in the NRA for a while. and even though my mom's side doesn't like guns...they loved his movies. he will be missed for both things It's were Wyatt, Doc, the two Jacks, and McMasters holed up when Doc's TB acted up. Heston was Hooker, the owner. Which is historically correct. The trail that was used for cattle drives became known as Hooker's Trail. |

Likewise, I'm sure. I'm sure I made no impression on him, as I never met him. Even if I had, people like that with such limited views don't take kindly to people like me, who can prove them wrong. You wouldn't march for Civil Rights?? Mr. Heston did. Or does people who believe in Civil Rights have limited views? Even bad people can do good things. I don't think a man who defended civil rights and the right to bear arms plus managed to stay married to the same woman for sixty four years is at all bad.Just because his politics or views weren't yours ?Your sounding a tad cocky ,narrow minded and judgemental. RIP MR.Heston.you were a great actor and a man of conviction. |

Charlton Heston did some real good audio tapes for people who like to listen to stories on tape. I liked his documentaries on the History channel, too. I will always remember him from when he gets out of the spaceship in the movie "Planets of the Apes" with the statue of liberty most of the way covered in sand and he says, "Well, they really did it this time."

I liked Him on the Episode of Friends when Joey got a Part in a Movie With Heston and needed to take A shower, so Joey Snuck into Hestons Trailer and is in the Shower when Heston Comes in. Joey Opens the Door And See's Heston Standing there and Heston says "Put Some Pants on Boy So I Can Kick Your Butt" |
