Yeah, it was fun to watch him! How about the 79 year old? I was sad he didn't make it far at all...
I was disappointed Suz. I mean I hoped he would make it at least through the 1st obstacle. Guess it isn't as easy as many of the competitors make it look!

Wow, Justin McKinney (the short guy) flew through the course. That was so much fun to watch. Awesome.

Just watching the military show. Ugh. Why is Deon's (the nuclear sub guy) sexual preference needed to be disclosed? I hate this need to point out a person's sexual preference. And besides he went down. As bulked up as he is he also couldn't do it.

Well, considering I am 4 feet 6 inches tall, 88 pounds seems kind of normal. The least I have weighed as an adult, 82 and the most 90.
ahhhh. That explains all. I'm 5'1" and was thinking you were at least 5'.

I rarely wear a scent but if I do you would have to be very close to smell. Have my own scent mixed at Aveda.

I am a steady 195. I feel good at that weight. I think ( according to medical standards) my ideal weight is around 170-175.. for my height.

I have seen men my height at about 170- 175.. they look like skeletons.

I think a persons ideal weight is the weight that person feels good at.. not what some chart says you SHOULD feel good at.
Devildog, I think that is true within reason. I've known people who are grossly overweight for their height and say they feel good at that weight. There is a point where a persons joints and heart can't sustain that weight. It's self delusion at some point. Just saying.....

happy happy happy happy happy

I proudly post my weight regularly in my weight loss support forum. I'm 220 at the moment my ultimate goal is 180ish. I started at 404 three years ago. If I can do it anyone can.
Penny, that is awesome. I'm sure it's been a lot of hard work and determination. I know at least 3 women at my gym who have lost over 100 lbs. They are so dedicated. That's what it takes.

I find it to be situational. So many factors to consider - custody, joint custody, visitation, number of children, ages, relationship with ex spouse/partner, family drama....

I wouldn't rule out whether they do or don't have children. I do know I don't want to get dragged into a drama.

Lol.. ok... you just met your special someone.. things are at that stage..
.. where your.. allowed to explore each others bodies.... great right?..
.. but what happens when you're exploring their body.. and you find a stray hair that shouldn't really be there..lol.... perhaps on her... breast..
.... or chin.... god forbid she has a dingleberry hanging from her nose......

... now I can oversee.... perhaps one stray hair that was overlooked in the .grooming process... but on your second visit so to speak.. it is still there.....hmm... do you overlook it or do you say something..... or is that a deal breaker for you... you just don't feel it is your place to tell them... so you stop seeing them.... because it simply grosses you out.... sure sure you can make up some other excuse...
....... but months later you still having nightmares....lol...

..... I know it is hard to bring the subject up..... I work side by side some guys.. that have .. hair coming right out of their nose... I just want to reach over and yank it out myself..lmao... but nobody ever says anything......so... stray hair... pluck it out ?or run away from it.?..

Hmm. Kinda enjoying this debacle. Oh and OP, I'm in agreement with you but still I'm having fun reading this.

Personally, I don't like yoga. Give me a hard hitting bootcamp or training session with ropes, sleds, weighted balls or lifting weights. I'm sure yoga is great for those that like it but not for me.

Actually when I was doing my boot camps or strength training stuff I loved the Pilates or Yoga to get stretched out again helped to keep myself limber.
I can appreciate those who like yoga and get that it's great for stretching but it's just not something I enjoyed doing. Tried it a couple times. Maybe down the road I'll change my mind. But for now, I like my current routine.
