Yes, being nice works best. Sometimes you will be surprised by a response you aren't expecting. Actually, I think treating people with respect along with being nice about it works best. I will also include just because you're generally a nice person doesn't mean you have to take rudeness from anyone with a smile.

My Dad died this month. I'm not a crying type person but that made me cry. While sad, he lived a long and wonderful life.

Depends. If I'm in a committed relationship where we have agreed to not see others then cheating is a break point. However, I have been there and tried to work through things for 2 yrs. He was away for his work for long periods of time, wasn't like I could be there and eventually the distrust just killed all the love.

I do have family where the spouse was cheated on, it was ugly but surprisingly they worked through it. Took a few yrs but they are happy once again. I think both learned alot about each other through that process and now are stronger together.

If a guy messages me and I don't think they are a fake profile I will respond at least once to say thank you but if there's nothing to talk about or I'm truly not even interested in their profile or attracted to their photo I stop. Only so much time.

But it is true, take to the forums. You will meet people and after awhile maybe something will develop. Takes patience and interest.

All depends. There are certain possessions I don't give up on. Kitchen/baking/cooking I have a hard time letting go of unless the other one has better and I doubt that but it's possible.

Furniture, I can let go of except for a few select things. Bed all depends on how comfortable it is and I would assume my partner would want us both to be comfortable. If not then he's not for me.

Then there's my shoes and clothes - those have to have a place. lol.

I have discarded a lot of "stuff" in the last 10 yrs so I've gotten used to cleaning shite out. I don't have a lot of decorative junk I'm attached to so no collections.

Holy crap. Reading the replies to this is amazing. I thought I had a scar but it's really nothing. Runs from just below my neck to my waist. Had scoliosis and had my back straightened. A couple of titanium rods, a few hooks and I'm one inch taller and about 90% straight. Only had to have 4 ribs cut into to harvest the bone for the fusion.

I'm a work out fiend so building my back strength and core are the key to not having any back issues at all. btw - I have great posture now.

There would be conditions for me to move.

First of all I don't move unless married. I have never lived with anyone whom I wasn't married.

Second, the location has to be warmer rather than colder than where I live.

Third, he'd better have his financial shite together. I'm debt free and own my property.

Fourth, he has to be my life, breath and nectar to life.

Since this is for a school I'm assuming this would be paid for by taxpayer funding? Hate to rain on your parade but I do believe in the USA (at least) we already pay for this type of service. Now whether it is successful is dubious at best. Considering most teachers have been indoctrinated in the government is the be all end all and business is BAD BAD BAD I understand why ANOTHER consulting group is needed to come in to counteract the socialist/communist indoctrination of the schools today. So all in all, maybe more taxpayer dollars thrown down the drain is a good idea after all.

This questions seems to me to be too simplistic. How can anyone (man or woman) know their intentions until you meet? I guess if your intentions on "dating" are only for a specific purpose (i.e. sex or LTR) but there are many shades in between there which is where most people are at.

I don't think most men or women have the specific purpose in mind. Yes, there are some but not the majority.
