Can't you meet a nice Christian guy in church? As logical as that might seem.... My guess would be that the " Christian " guys in churches are just as bad, if not worse, than guys that aren't religious. One of my ex's I did meet at church, just because two people are Christians doesnt mean they are compatable |

Going back to school

hi all, I am 39 and decided to go back to school this fall to do what I always had a love for....Vet Technition. Is there anyone out here in the Vet field and do you have any advice and or support to give? I am so scared yet so excited all at the same time! :) :) That's awesome. ![]() ![]() I went back to school in my early 30's. There were mostly older people there. I was surprised to see that. I saw people in their 30's, 40's, 50's and up. I have an appt this Tues to have a tour of the school and sit down and see what financial aide and grants i qualiify for. I was told that as a "non traditional" student, that its not uncommon and that there are lots of not right out of high school students there...hey, maybe I will meet "the one" at school doing the same thing i love....would be so cool! ;) Good Luck Sweet, if you find the one, I wish you the best, if you dont, then there is always ME!!!!! ![]() ;) Thats sweet...you willing to move to MN? LOL I lived in Oklahoma several yrs and not really fond of that part of the States....Not that I wouldnt ever move, but..... |

Are you kidding me? Your telling me that you cant find that guy you described anywhere? WOW, Im in shock. You are the one I have been looking for forever, loves animals, wants a fairy tale relationship that doesn't seem to exist. Your supposed to be here dang it. Looks like Im moving to Minnesota. lol Girl, I don't know what the problem is, but you should be drawing them in like a magnet. I know there are losers out there that completely ruin it for the good guys, but please don't hang in the towel, we are out there and if I lived there, I would wink and nudge and email chat and, hummmmm that would make me look like a perv wouldn't it. Maybe some of these guys that message you think the same way I do and they jump in to deep and look like fools, when they may be the real deal. Hang on, don't give up. Thanks! :) Thats very Sweet of you. I am in the process of enrolling back to school this fall and making a move about an hr from where i am now, maybe I will end up meeting "the one" during my schooling, who knows, i am patient and open to God's will in my life... |

Scripture (The Bible) is writen by God, through man. The Holy Spirit inspired and spoke to the apostles who wrote down the words. So, Scripture IS REAL and IS Truth! Its all on whether you have the faith and desire to believe truth. We we all a choice to accept or reject.

I know what I want to say, but just trying to figure out HOW to say it..I hope this comes out right and comes across like I want it to, so please bare with me... I think we need to allow ourselves to be open to a relationship and "put ourselves out there" per say, but let God chose for us who is meant for us. The who and when. Our timing is not God's. Its when we are so desperate to not want to wait for God's best for us that we do it alone and not invite God to show us who He has in store for us and then we end up miserable and unhappy and wonder why god allows this in our lives. God wants the best for us as His children, but we need to wait on Him and allow Him to prepare the best for us and sometimes in that, its preparing us to be ready to accept His best for us. so, yes, in that, I believe prayer is a big part of it, but that doersnt mean we sit idle always not trying to put ourselves in situations where we may be able to allow God to bring that possible one into our lives. Its all about trusting God and knowing that we are worthy to have His Best and trusting that our lives and future is in His hands. This is a beautiful post, I really enjoyed reading it. Thank you! I was hoping what I was trying to say made sence and came out how I meant it to..Sometimes my mind thinks so fast i end up talking in circles...lol |

I am a down to earth Christian country girl who is wanting to meet a man to develop a friendship 1st and foremost and see what may develop from there. I want to meet someone who is funny, sweet, caring and faithful and has a love for animals and family life. I want to someday again be on a hobby farm with all sorts of critters. Love animals! I want to be with my ultimate best friend! AS in the song from John Michael Montgomery "Home to you" ..Thats what I want. :) I know no relationship is perfect, but I want to be with someone who we work together through the issues to make "us" stronger. I want to be totally be IN love with the person I am with and them also with me and not just love each other. To always have each others back and no matter what, the world falling apart around us, we know we have each other. So, is that out there? Is there anyone else that wants that too and is willing to make it happen and not just say they want it, but its not possible. We get what we put into it. So, any men out there like this? If so and you want to chat let me know....please be real...if you are real, I may ask, "why the heck are you single?" LOL
