I hear form my ex/girlfreind about once a week,but her kids call about every other day if not everyday,Their real dad wont and never has had anything to do with them,2 kids with ADHD,and I was closest thing they have ever had to a real Dad. So if kids are involved with you and ex,then stay in tutch but get on with life.Just my opinion
