Ok, so it looks to be 100% for, we all believe.
If that is true, then why do so many of us treat others like crap?

Where's that pillow??

I have one that I choose to wear at work. Guess I need that as a little
help to establish boundaries around those who think nothing about
plowing right over them.
Other than that, I find it a real hindrance and a dulling of the
experience of my life by playing fake or trying to be something else or
hide out.

My focused effort for the person I’m focused on. A variety of nature,
smells and color.

Update, - we usually have a talk every night when she is here and had a
talk with her the other night. We openly talked about her starting. She
was totally uninhibited, we are like that in this family. I ask what
happens if she starts at school and figured out she didn’t have pads in
her pack, she does now.


Reading the posts, it’s clear I needed to be more specific. I’m not
talking call up the neighborhood, party here. I’m referring to what Jess
mentioned – honoring her, as many cultures and traditions do. I know
there is a lot of stigma and embarrassment attached to this in our
culture. As a person I’m always looking for better ways of being in this
world, and childhood and cultural standards do not always provide the
best examples. I find this the same in parenting.

You actually hit on something, getting the anger out. One method I used
to help me along the way was to get a wiffle bat (plastic) and yell at
the person and hit a pillow. If you want more noise , hit a open
newspaper. sounds nutty, but it moves stuff in the body.

It’s not easy work and it cycles back around at times, especially when
it’s still happening. But, I have to tell you that forgiveness work had
radically improved my life.
