I had a decent relationship start out in the same way. It was her way of apologizing. I think you should consider it but only when you are ready. Be sure to tell the new lady your just not ready yet if you decide to give her a shot later.

its not bad hoping 2009 brings you much happiness and hope mines a little better i lost my mother this year also my oldest son at 33 lost both his kidneys and i pray he finds a donor in the year 2009 and god bless all the world who is having a hard life  I am sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

yeah i figured it was too mushy Its not too mushy. Not to sure what I am reflecting on. I had a terrible year too, but I see all that turning around, and my life is now being lived for the purpose of me being happy. Luckily I will be able to make others happy along the way. |

I would think it would depend upon where the two individuals are in their lives or on any particular day. Sometimes people just want that physical, sexual need tended regardless of whether or not there is a longer relationship to be involved. Completely agree with you. I have experienced bad things from both. You really have to find out where the other person is and what their motives are first. |

I already love someone for ever and ever but she doesn't feel the same, I'm over it and accept it but that won't stop me for loving her all my life just have to respect her choice of not choosing to be with me. So if I can I hope somebody can love me for ever and ever. That has got to be tuff.

Already been divorced twice

the real question is ... is love more important than statistics? The circumstances matter alot. My first marriage ended because I was gone alot for work (Army- Highest divorce rates period) and she found someone else. The second was incompatability and we both moved way to fast. So I will be on the third if I ever get to that point with someone. That will take a while to get there. I dont think stats are good because I think the third marriage is usually a "settle for" instead of really in love with thing. So from my point of view it depends on how you approach it. Plus Dr. Phil said its true.
