On one of my temp jobs I was working the 4pm to 10pm shift. I put my dinner in the refrigerator at 4. Someone decided to clean out the refrigerator and threw it out. There was a note on the refrigerator about clean out day but I was in a hurry and did not read it. I was really upset but my supervisor was nice enough to go out and get me a sandwich.

[conveniently, BASTARD is already invented. Well, that describes the person who ate the food. We need a word for that feeling... I mean, is there anything that can make you angrier? I remember one time, I had put half of an Italian sub in the fridge. Typical of a large family, I wrote "DO NOT EAT, GIOIA's" on the sub. I thought about that damn submarine sandwich all day while I was at school, then work. When I got home, it was gone! I swear, if the culprit had fessed up, I would have brained him!!! One reason that I'm glad that I no longer have roommates. |

@trollops, if we could get anything other than Comcast we would drop it in a heartbeat. I heard that Verizon started putting fiber optics here, but Comcast paid them off to stop it. My neighbor in the back has a satellite dish. I'd get one if I could afford it.

they were havin server issues  yeah.. I got connections  First I had issues here. Then I had issues with Comcast. You would think that a monopoly would give you better service. But why should they when you are stuck with them. Now Comcast and Time Warner are merging so they can screw twice as many people. I get sick of seeing ads saying that Verizon Fiber Optic is better when we can't get it. |

Thinking this would have been a better day than fishing though. Where's the horse hiding at  Man I sure do miss my boys and this reminded me of them. These little fellers were just watching the damned fool who didn't have enough sense to get out of the wind.   |
