If you want to know Him maybe you should ask Him.

him?

Reasoning from the premise of one's own existence is called "anthropic" reasoning.

My journey has been in an inward direction and although not completely scientific, it involves my own personal logic.

I did ask and I got my answer.

When 'I am' and 'God is' become in your mind indistinguishable, then something will happen and you will know without a trace of doubt that God is because you are, you are because God is. The two are one.

Until He speaks to you anyway. But you know, to each their own.

If you don't believe what the Bible says, how can you believe there's God?
You think Bible is a hoax? No, it isnt.

It's pretty easy actually. People were believing long before the books that make up the bible were compiled or even written.

Why do most guys on dating sites look for sex? It seems that many guys just want to hook up. What happened to treating a lady with respect and enjoying getting to know her by starting out as friends? Do you really act like that in person?

This behavior is quite common outside cyberspace as it is within, being driven by a primordial instinct to have sex with as many people as possible in accordance with reproduction drives. For males, that is. I don't know enough about female drives to comment on their end.

Some cultures have guidelines that curb these emotions and some do not and haven't for some time. While treating women with respect and dignity may be a hallmark of some cultures, it certainly doesn't seem to have affected the overall world trend where men are continually engaging in unrestrained sexual expression.

And that trend has existed for some time, it's not particularly new, per se, although some who miss the Victorian Era might think otherwise.

There's no such thing as the one. There are some people who have an easier time falling in love than others, and that's about it.

Well...its very common with the ladies. For example here at mingle ladies that I have read their profile what I am seeing is divorced, not married but with kids and I keep asking myself do spouse in Europe,UK do they love marrying and divorcing and even having babies outside wedlock ?

You know that means it's equally common with the guys right? Ladies don't have sex with themselves out of wedlock and get pregnant. They have sex with other *men* to make that happen. Whatever statistics you've read, men are *equally* if not even more guilty than women are in this case since it's a male's natural instinct to go and spread 'wild oats' any way they can.

You might say, "well that means there's still more women at fault, since a man has multiple sex partners and women do that less since it's a man's inclination to get laid with many women in order to spread seed and all that." To which I respond- What makes you think they're all women? Duhn duhn duhn. Just look at a craigslist in any city in any state and tell me honestly which personals section is 1. More chalk full of sex seekers and 2. has the biggest same-gender seeking.

I'll give you a hint: it's not the girl's side.

If that's not enough for you, consider this- men in general are outperformed by women in the workplace and by a wide margin in acquiring education. So why would people much smarter and cleverer than men screw over decent relationships for the sake of some dumb guy? Seems like a choice the less educated crowd would make don't you think? And since the less educated crowd consists of more men than women it follows that this is a decision more men would make.

BAM!

Well said. Nice to see you back.flowerforyou

Awww, shanks painted! :3 I love the new profile pic btw. :)

It really is hard to find the "right" one for you in this world today. I find it very hard to trust anybody. What do y'all think?

Not trusting others is wise policy.

Alright, you all know the drill- I'm good looking and I know it, but in order to fuel my ego for the day I demand at least six good comments, including one or two particularly desperate ones talking about a deep and heartfelt longing for a man of my stature. I'll make a pretense of humility by saying something like, "I know I'm a little skinny but..." so you don't feel inhibited by my rampant narcissism and ease my 'troubled' soul with sweet nothings about how hot I am. Since that's clearly what matters most. It should be obvious since I haven't written anything about myself in my profile and I just have scantily clad pics up. I'm basically getting ready for a fully-fledged career in super-modeling and you're my helpful minions, getting me ready for a long and illustrious career in self-glorification at whoever's expense however it has to be done.

As for you naysayers? Screw you.

Cheers,

Mark
well that screws me, how to compete.?

The same way anyone would compete with an idiotic egomaniac- enjoy your life and be true to yourself. Works like a charm every time. But I think you already knew that. ;)

What, you were expecting something here? I'm just putting this up for the sake of variety.

I will admit though, that I dated someone ten years older than myself and it was the most intensely gratifying and beautiful relationship I've had, in spite of my protests of the notion of age gap dating.

I would suppose there are a select few women that are so grossly immature that they are equal to a significantly younger man but I will stand by my view that picking a much younger man is more often about an abuse of power in the woman's past and her neurotic need for control or flipping the script.

While it might be fun, even educational, for a younger man to latch on to an older woman for a while in the long run the relationships often become abusive. Because they are out of the norm and distorted it can really mess up a younger person's perspective of what a normal relationship is.

Discerning of you. It was some months before my perspective normalized, as you say. Interesting, I don't think I realized it at the time.

Lucky for you if it does. Not all men are so lucky.

Well to be fair, I don't think I would have, but I have a friend who's done extensive research on the subject and we had a long conversation about the choice I was making and the sacrifices there would be and he persuaded me in the end.

I get some of the appeal, but it is really worth it? Our frontal lobes aren't finished developing until we're like, 25, and even then most of us tend to be complete idiots anyway, following the popular trend to pretend we know a lot about something we know nothing about.

So you get serious with one of us you get some endurance (if you're lucky), a different perspective (if the man can talk sense at all), and maybe someone who stays committed. These things at the cost of an obnoxious generation gap, a partner who will most likely view you as a trophy, a financially insecure upstart full of ambition and empty of sound reasoning, etc etc. It just doesn't seem worth the effort, call me out if I'm wrong.

nah you gotta point but....yano...the 'nads rule

is my guess to the answer of your qustion lol

Oh gosh, bahahahah! xD rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl

BUT! But wait wait wait, my friends. There's still hope!

Because, incredibly, there is a young girl, who hasn't aged a day past her infancy. She may never die (though I'm quite certain she will).

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/girl-ages-unravel-secret-eternal-youth/story?id=19974247

The chromosome with the marker causing her peculiar condition has been isolated and is being studied as we speak.

ETERNAL YOUTH IS AT HAND MY FRIENDS!

As long as you don't mind the following conditions-

1. This girl can't think beyond the capacity of her infantile mind
2. Her bones are brittle, easily broken
3. Because of 1. she will never know the bitterness, the joys, the agonies, the greatness, the sadness, the knowledge, the truth that is to be had in a full and complete life.

There's always a trade off in genetic enhancements. Be careful what you wish for. Wish for balance.

That girl did die. I think a 70 year old can look 60 or 50( especially since a lot people who are 50 look really busted) but not 40.

which one? There's like, four of them. I know the girl in Baltimore died, but I hadn't seen anything about the three this article mentions.

Meh, I'm 26 years old, had full and rich relationships, and I've never had sex. So yes, it's possible.

9 times out of 10 you're not missing much.....

I feel just the opposite Paint...Great sex is one of the most gratifying experiences life has to offer…Sexuality, one of life greatest gifts….Acknowledging physical pleasure can enhance every aspect of a relationship between a man and a woman because it narrows the "gender gap"….I believe a healthy sex life is a necessary ingredient in most successful relationships…In and of itself, good sex cannot make a relationship work, but on the other hand, bad sex can wreak havoc on any relationship…

This is what I'm used to hearing and I'm inclined to agree. I have to respectfully disagree with Fof2 that sex is a prerequisite to love. I love my family, I love my best friend and those relationships are platonic. My romantic loves, while incomplete without that physical component, cannot be construed as anything else but love. When I gave women my love I gave them the best of my time, my physical affection, encouragement, empathy, compromise, fun, sacrifice, an improved self, mad rushes to their aid during emergencies, total loyalty in every sense of the word, and anything I could give I gave the best I had with the exception of that one thing. And I did it every damn day of each relationship. No one will ever convince me that isn't love.
