I appreciate your shared experience of the write. Yes, I'm talking about the birth of a child who came into this world 74 years ago, on August 31 .. But as you say, it could also be about the birth of The Sacred among us, or of any child. So glad you liked it!

“Mask”

“Mask” Each time I look at the screen at a name. I wonder do they think this is but a game. Why is it, some seem to have no concern. On their next victim they seem to burn. Sure it is the internet and all. But why make someone feel so small? Does it give them such a thrill? By playing one and giving them a raw deal. Is it really to much for one to ask? Just to be honest and not wear a mask. Am I really all alone? In thinking we were all grown. So why do some act like a child this way. Instead of being real they just want to play. I have seen it happen so many times to some. I wonder what this world has become. What happened to the way we were taught? Am I the only one that has that train of thought? As I sit back and look at things this is what I see. This is not the way life should be. We need to look around. And not take others down. Treat others the way you would want to be.
