Unanswered Prayers

I am calling out to you God as I thumb through the book of life and death
Sprits of told lives examples of who we are good and bad
I can only ask why? Unsettling to the mind frustrating to the flesh
As I pray I have peace in my heart my sprit beaconing to his will
What seems unheard comes to pass
When I see the beauty in my children at play when I see the horizon of a sun setting in your hands, when I hear the birds praising your name, or the smell of your sweet fragrance blooming flowers and the warm glow of the sun kissing me in the morning to say I love you
All the unanswered prayers come to rest in your ever loving peaceful presence
The eye has not seen the ear has not heard it cannot comprehend the eternal love the father has for us.
