cold shower didnt work damnit now im just wet and craving a cigarette I found the best thing was to keep busy with other things. I actually took up knitting during the time I had to quit. It's so weird how smoking actually 'drives' your day. When you quit it's like you have nothing to do. But if you don't keep busy it will obsess you to the point you'll go back. Every day you DON'T smoke .. hell every hour, every minute be thinking about things you wanna do with the extra time you've given yourself tacked onto your life, to LIVE ... to not reek of dead nicotine, and a house not colored in yellow, and TONS of extra $$ to spend on other more beneficial events!!  Can you tell I quit?   thanks... i tried making these tiny little stars out of paper... its kinda a hobby... but i got really fustrated and threw everything... i've been working out a lot lately though |

well,, since most of us are 10 or more years older than you,, what do you expect? i dont know, in my perspective i dont think age should be an issue in most cases if the two people feel all that strong about one another... but maybe that's just me and my new generation ways... silly kids |
