your suggesting it was a good think Canada turned it's back and ducked out of the Iraq war...you should do a bit of reading to see what the numbers were of troops available and maybe you'll comprehend the underlying reasons for the failure to stand with the country that has protected the Canadians collective butt for the last few decades...

As far as the Afghan war the top brass in the Canadian military quit when the idiot liberal PM offered the UN 2000 troops after he was told by the top brass that there was only 500 troops available. Canada had to haul out their troops in Bosnia to move them into Afghanistan to add to the 500 fresh troops. If you kept up on current news you'd see the rift in the Canadian public as far as the war goes. Like the liberals in the US the liberals in Canada are calling for a troop withdrawal. You need to learn a few things before you try insulting people...

if you think that bothers me it doesn't....if you had read my posts on what I consider the military strength up here and the poor condition of the equipment you'd know that. The liberals did a nice job depleting the military up here....
