Depends how bad or obnoxious they were. Some people can be quite bright with one or 2 down to open the creativity door. Hell, Ben Franklin was quite the drinker. Why else would a guy put a KEY on a kite string?

To the original poster:
It depends on the games you let them play. PS3 tends to lean more towards the M rated games (violent, graphic, etc). If you don't care what kind of games they're playing, asking them what their favorites are.

Me personally, I would say if they already have an XB360, getting a PS3 is very redundant, as most of the same games come to each system and look similar. The Wii is drastically different, focusing on interactivity and movement, and most importantly - gameplay instead of High Def graphics.
