So far I'm for Bob Barr of the Libertarian party this year, but the debates haven't happened, any of the 3 parties could say something that could change my mind.

I will not speculate on something that hasn't happened. It doesn't matter and paints yourself into a corner when decide too quickly.

While I am changing my party to libertarian, I usually only vote for one of the two main candidates. Third party votes just seem to be throwing it away since I know that there is no way in this counrty for that to happen. I will NEVER vote a ticket with Palin on it.

Look at all the so called "experience" in Washington. Most of those senators have been there for many, many years. They have the real power, and look at the mess they made.Sarah has very little experience, is bright, very intelligent and I think that is a big plus. She sure is rocking thier boat, they don't like it and that is what they what they need. I like her.

I am voting for whoever does the LEAST amount of slandering and mudslinging. Its ironic how politicians spend all day telling us what their opponent CAN'T do, but never tell us what they themselves CAN do.

Tearing someone apart isn't allowed on internet forums. Why should it be allowed in our elections. It's become such a schoolyard fistfight that honestly, I'm ready to dump the entire gov't in the trash and punt, start something new.

I think she is very clear about where she stands on many isues. she has nothing to hide.

I don't mind disagreement...I believe being honest is more important than lieing to people.

Boy, do I like the sound of that...

Depending on what happens between now and the election, it's between that choice of Paul/Ventura or Chuck Baldwin.

Why ugh? Both sides of the duopoly are clamoring about change, when it's not. We've had both sides of their B.S. for decades and look what it's got us.

If you really want to see change or in my case, a restoration of the Constitution and rule of law, then you'll boycott the Republicrats and vote 3rd party.

The Republican/Democrat duopoly has, for far too long, ignored the most important issues facing our nation. However, alternate candidates Chuck Baldwin, Cynthia McKinney, and Ralph Nader agree with Ron Paul on four key principles central to the health of our nation. These principles should be key in the considerations of every voter this November and in every election.

We Agree

Foreign Policy: The Iraq War must end as quickly as possible with removal of all our soldiers from the region. We must initiate the return of our soldiers from around the world, including Korea, Japan, Europe and the entire Middle East. We must cease the war propaganda, threats of a blockade and plans for attacks on Iran, nor should we re-ignite the cold war with Russia over Georgia. We must be willing to talk to all countries and offer friendship and trade and travel to all who are willing. We must take off the table the threat of a nuclear first strike against all nations.

Privacy: We must protect the privacy and civil liberties of all persons under US jurisdiction. We must repeal or radically change the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and the FISA legislation. We must reject the notion and practice of torture, eliminations of habeas corpus, secret tribunals, and secret prisons. We must deny immunity for corporations that spy willingly on the people for the benefit of the government. We must reject the unitary presidency, the illegal use of signing statements and excessive use of executive orders.

The National Debt: We believe that there should be no increase in the national debt. The burden of debt placed on the next generation is unjust and already threatening our economy and the value of our dollar. We must pay our bills as we go along and not unfairly place this burden on a future generation.

The Federal Reserve: We seek a thorough investigation, evaluation and audit of the Federal Reserve System and its cozy relationships with the banking, corporate, and other financial institutions. The arbitrary power to create money and credit out of thin air behind closed doors for the benefit of commercial interests must be ended. There should be no taxpayer bailouts of corporations and no corporate subsidies. Corporations should be aggressively prosecuted for their crimes and frauds.

Those are real issues, not the National Enquirer version of an election we're getting now.

Sound money is a far more important issue than what animal you're putting lipstick on.

Ending the Empire is far more important an issue than Obama's religious faith.

Ending the deficiet spending and make this nation financially solvent again is far more important than Palins daughter getting banged.

Protecting the Constitution from Facsists and Communists (you figure out who's who) is far more important than arguing about what Matt Damon had to say about Palin.
