XD Ever heard of cars like the Tesla Roadster, guy?
The problem isn't about power - it's about power supply. Needs something better than accumulators available today.... |

There is no similarity between those people who had the knock come on the door during the night of the long knifes and the people at Getmo. There have been two Geneva conventions and the people at Getmo were intentionally lifted out. Right - nobody knocked at the arrest of most of the inmates there. The guys making the arrest would usually come crashing through all windows and doors at once... |

And Justice for All....American Citizens. Not people who wage war against innocent Americans, commit war crimes, commit crimes against humanity, commit crimes in general. Ahhh... you know the difference between HUMAN rights and CIVIL rights? The pledge says "justice for all." Point. End. No referral to american citizens here... Actually, as I formerly referred, exactly this HUMAN right, that America was always a strong defender of, has been made a civil right by american consent - a loss, a giveup of american core values... and one point that makes me say the war against terror has long been lost. If they committed crimes, okay - then try them, and (if you want to) fry them. I do not even object the arrest of people in foreign countries here (even if that is under a cloud, to say the least), but the denial of another HUMAN right, the right to a fair trial (you may want to read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights#Right_to_a_fair_trial ) |

Enemies of America? Well, probably...
*I* would be an enemy of America, if someone grabbed me in the middle of the night, and held me in a prison without a trial for 10 years... You know, we had people taken into custody here in Germany... it was called "Schutzhaft", protective custody, usually a term used for a detainee who has to be protected against assault... like the first stage of a witness protection program. Back then, it was perversely turned to mean "custody to protect the state from the detainee"... You know what I am talking about? It was not Guantanamo back then... It was Bergen-Belsen, Buchenwald, Dachau, Flossenbürg, Neuengamme, and many more... places we are ashamed of even today. |

Considering what happened in Germany when people did, I would rather have the justice-thingy! ;)

Well, how am I to know? My point was the "...and justice for all" part... ;)

Well, the things that you marked as "possibly lethal" usually don't kill you (exceptions support the rule). But there are always things popping up that you never took in account before... THOSE can be mean suckers!
Yes, I was talking of you, Shy... "Please Note: To message Shy_Emo_chick you MUST meet the following conditions: - Male - Age: 20 to 48 - Live within 150 miles - NOT seeking an intimate encounter - NOT married" ;) So, either you lift those conditions some, or you contact me first, lol... you meet my conditions, afaIr... |

You want an honest outsider opinion?
Guantanamo prison is a flashing sign that America lost the war on terror long ago... because America gave up important parts of what America was. You can fight as long as you want, as long as you don't regain those values, you can't even begin to think about winning... "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." Benjamin Franklin "...the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." You may now start beating the snotty German ***** up... |

This is officially the dumbest topic on mingle. Who wants to hear someone else complaining? Well, probably one of them is you, or you wouldn't have come her, now would you!? ;) No, honestly... it's a kind of "A room to yell out frustrations" instead of "A room where I get solutions", isn't it? |

Doesn't work with iOS, Soufie... I tried. The "select picture"-Button is not functional with that system!

You don't, by that device - Uploading pics requires flash and is impossible with iPhone or iPad! You need to get to a decent computer for that... even a good android phone would work.
But welcome anyway, sweetheart! |

Good attitude - you might qualify for two of them tomorrow if you tell me who the person is that inspires me... ;)
Until then: Still running (vvf!) |

You already have yours for today, Rara - no getting greedy! You might grow too fond of it, so, as someone I really think inspiring once said, it has to be more terrible!
Run! :D Oh, I see you already got one... :D |
