Oh my God. Michele Obama… GOD BLESS YOU. HUGE MISTAKE. HUGE! If Obama was adopted by his Step father as was conjectured, he was a citizen of Indonesia, which did NOT recognize dual citizenship. This means that Obama upon return to the United States would be a NATURALIZED citizen, regardless of where he was Born. He is Constitutionally INELIGIBLE to run for President of the United States!!!!

The lie on his bar application ties into to all of this. A simple question we all have in our professional lives: Have you ever used any or been known by any other names than the one you are making application under? He wrote "NO". It became obvious that there have been a laundry list of other names from Kenya, Indonesia, Hawaii and the US mainland. He did not disclose this and must have had a good (illusive) reason for the omission. This cost him 8 years at an ivy league school and poof, gone. Now without politics he has no source of income. Hummmmm? This fact is in the original brief Berg sent to the court.

Obama has no Law License

Obama relinquished his Illinois law license in early 2007. Why would
Obama give up something that provided his primary source of income
and something he spent so much time and energy obtaining? Andy Martin
filed a complaint in IL on March 13, 2007 stating that Obama had lied
on his IL bar application. Obama had 17 outstanding traffic violations
that he had failed to take care of. Mr. Martin discovered that Obama
would not be prosecuted because he no longer had his law license. I contacted Andy Martin and this was his response:

�Nothing. Obama had already resigned as a lawyer and so they had no jurisdiction over him.�
�Not if they have lost jurisdiction over the individual. They can�t punish someone who has resigned, which is why so many corrupt lawyers in Illinois resign before they are disbarred.---end copy

OBAMA is USING TERRORIST'S LAWYER to Defend LAWSUIT

Here come another of those "Guilt by Associations" that Senator Barack Obama will try to weasel himself out of. As you may know, Philip Berg is suing Senator Obama in Civil Court. Berg wants Obama to Produce his real birth certificate to prove that he meets the citizenship requirements to be President. Rather than just product the birth certificate (is he trying to hide something?) Obama's legal team filed a motion to dismiss. One of the Lawyers filing the motion was Joe Sandler (sandler@sandlerreiff.com) of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young (see the document below).

If Mr. Sandler's name sounds familiar it Should. He is the Legal Hit Man for the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and has been as an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.

Sandler's role for CAIR has been to stifle people from telling the truth about Islam. For example, last year he tried to get Jihad Expert Robert Spencer banned from speaking to the Young American Foundation, by using a threatening letter. Sandler followed up by threatening columnist Mike Adams for writing about the Spencer incident.

Look, everyone deserves legal representation that is not the Issue. The real issue is why is a candidate for President of the United States, a guy who wants to take over the role of Commander-in-Chief in the war on terror, using the Lawyer for CAIR a group with terrorist connections, to represent him in a law suit? Once again the Junior Senator from Illinois leave us with questions and no answers.

report. Obama didn't want to get any more 'egg on his face' bringing it up. And M SHOULD have brought up Rev. Wright (and some other pals)but didn't - and the fact O hasn't even proved a valid birth certificate.

I saw Obama disrespecting McCain, smirks, and wide grins at inappropriate times, calling him John again, instead of
Senator (Like M did to him - except when McCain called him by mistake--Senator Government, when he spoke of too much gov. :)).
Liked M's Joe Plummer refs, (I am a small biz owner) and yes, O's plan is to tax us far more.
I don't think O went into Ayers deep enough and they skipped by the good Ole Rev. W - and McCain called him on a few lies (and fact-checkers show O lied).
I think McCain won, and don't want to "spread the wealth" :( around. If we work for it, and make more than some, we deserve to keep it and not be over-taxed on anything. BB
