I think everyone would have to decide their own path there.
Me? If you took one of my brothers out in cold blood as you say - I don't think it would be wise to allow me and the perp in the same confined space. Yes, I know I am supposed to be better than that. Yes, I know I should demonstrate the ability to be the 'better man' I know all these things logically. But then for a brother - I throw quite a few rule books out...Sorry, I would want to see him dead, not apologetic. |

Ergo - since it is a military base, it becomes U.S. soil under our laws, and subject to those same laws. Thinking 30 seconds past conspiracy time - IF it was a super-secret military base used to illegally detain civilians - You certainly wouldn't know about it, and the military commanders darn well wouldn't allow pictures. |

darn...too far to swim. 
So..I have to ONCE AGAIN, break out of there, but have to take down two tower guards this time (one for the rifle, one for the ammo), night nav to some merchant shipping area, perform some judicious pilfering for additional food/supplies along the way, stow away HOPEFULLY on a con-carrier going towards England. Geez Debbie - you make it tough on a guy, you know ?!?!? |

That "camp" isn't in California. It is in Louisiana!
And how would I happen to recognize this? Easy - Me and another Sgt. staged a successful break out of it during a exercise, AFTER leading the guards around a chase for a couple hours. |
