Ahhh yes winter, cold and snow. I had to get away from that. San Diego sees a lot of rain, but no cold or snow. Coldest it has gotten: 39 degrees in the city proper. Today in the 50's and 60's or so. I guess this is why I am here. I like to see the snow and cold on paper and not in person. |

Don't buy technology from walmart. I worked in manufacturing..people think its all the same but different customers get different levels of quality. I bought both of my computers from Walmart. I have had no problem with either of them. The big box stores(Best Buy,Etc,) always want to sell you stuff you don't need. I don't buy from places like that. I will find what I need at Walmart and be done with it. |

All jobs run by federal law. thiers quota's for certain minorities. I have no problem with this if its carried out properly. They have just for got about the NBA. Thier are more african americans playing Pro Ball then Caucatians About time Times caught up with everybody. What do you think should the NBA be made up of half white and half black? There were times when African Americans could not play professional sports except with their own race. I just have a problem with spoiled athletes(Black or White). We everyday people act like some of these people act, we would be fired. I don't care who plays, as long as they excercise decorum and humility and give back to mankind. So should the job market... |

I have a Dell Laptop and a Dell Deskstop. I enjoy both of them. I had never had a computer before and I did my homework before I bought them. I don't really need to do a lot, so these are perfect for me. I don't like Gateway because they do not offer very good service from what I read, so here I am with my Dells. Would not trade either of them.

Where do morals come from???

Each Person has a different view as where "morals" comes from. and as such, the answers and opinions are many. Myself, I look at morals as things that are right and wrong and they come from backgrounds, things one is taught, and even what inspires on through out life.
Morals are powerful things and can bring joy to one's soul and passion to one's life. Just depends on where they come from. JMO. |

Actually no. I tell myself so many times I don't need a man to cook, clean up after, etc. But, truthfully I can't manage alone. Not financially I can do that myself. I just need someone to love & love me back. I've never really been alone & it's scary when I am. I'm the happiest when I have someone else to think of besides wallowing in my own self pity. Men...can't live with em & this ol' gal can't live without them!! 
When I see this being said, I think of that song by the Fifth Demention called "One Less Bell To Answer". The lead singer "Marilyn McCoo, sang about this very thing. Being alone and growing old is not a good proposition period. It would be nice for someone to do things with comes along, but desperation is not good either. There is a fine line between being desperate and hating being old alone. |
