Crazy,
I also enjoy the coast line and have many relatives in Oregon presently.
I plan to return to the area when I retire. Cost of living got too high.
Spent almost a year as a patrol officer in Seattle Wash. Love the entire
coast AND the micro-brews......I miss those. Mmmmmmmmm. Can't beat 'em.

John, welcome to the site. In my opinion this site is awesome. You will
find whatever you seek. Be cautious, as with any site online, however, I
found my future wife on this site so I know there is always hope. Good
luck. A lot of great people on here.

Again Rambill, "the book"? There are many. Just so happens that you read
the bible. It is a book amongst many. There again Sabbath is defined
differently depending on the faith you are discussing. You have a good
sabbath though. I mean that in a very positive manner. As late as this
is I should say I hope you had a good one and I always hope they are
good whatever belief you go by.

CCP already listed the majority of my beliefs so I won't rehash what she
already has said. "Judge not lest ye be judged" was what I was referring
to. This thread could go on infinitely but I have to do other things.
Sorry man. I love to argue with the best of them but I will live and die
by my beliefs THE WAY THEY ARE, as will you. After all, religion is
perhaps the most personal of all topics?

Hmmm. Interesting. They also made "aint" a real word.

And Ghost is correct on the swastika as well. Symbols have only the
meaning that an individual assigns to it.

Thanks Ghost. Once again you leaving me laughing my ass off. I have told
Rambill before in this and other threads, you can voice your opinions
without pissing off everyone that may believe differently. Thanks again
for your input. You and I are alot alike - we like to make people think
AND we like to argue intelligently. I guess "God" almighty wrote the
bible because there were people on this earth to give birth to Jesus
Christ and that is historical fact!
Rambill, not all literature on any subject out there is necessarily
factual in nature. Even in my faith. Too much left to human
interpretation. Even the King James bible has been rehashed by people
over the years so what do you follow? The original was in Arameic and I
have yet to see that one.

Ghost, you truly know how to start threads that make SOME people think.
Thank you for being you and for your opinions.

Rambill, I have practiced Wicca for almost 17 years now. I KNOW what the
symbol means for us and could care less what it means for Satanists or
anyone else that uses this symbol. As a matter of fact you will find the
Pentacle, your star inside a circle, on mosques,on temples,on places of
worship of virtually EVERY religion known to human kind through history.
As I said before, this symbol existed long before the concept of Satan
came about with the advent of Christianity. I have studied it very in
depth without any "spin" on it given to me by any bible or any religious
dictates. To each their own opinion, and yours is respected, disagreed
with, but respected Ram. All those of us that use this symbol daily ask
is the same respect in return. You don't have to agree - only respect.
Please research the symbol and you will be rather surprised what you
find in where it came from and just how widely used it is today. Peace
to you Rambill. Blessed be )0(

Ok. Let me do a small bit of definitions here for some clarity folks.
Seems to me that many don't know the definition of a Pagan faith.
"Christian" encompasses ALL faiths that follow Christs teachings. A
Pagan faith is any faith that does not. This encompasses almost as many,
if not more faiths, than the venacular "Christian".
Judaism,Buddhism,Wiccan,Native American
Spirituality,Hindu,Islam,Muslim,Satanism,.............and some even look
at Atheists and Agnostics as pagans.
I hope this gives some understanding to the term Pagan. It is not a
negative thing as some would tend to believe.

The hurt may never go away completely but keep your head up. If you keep
a positive attitude you will find someone worthy of your love. We tend
to repeat patterns a lot of the time and that is not always healthy for
us. The abused always looking for the bad boys that will abuse them. We
get used to a certain level of treatment and eventually fall into the
belief that it is the only thing we can get or deserve. It sucks. I
won't advise you otherwise. I have been married and divorced 2 times and
what I have learned is to stop looking and beating my head against a
wall. I also learned to NEVER carry baggage into another potential
relationship. Kind of the old addage "Never s..t where you eat". Ok. Bad
reference but I hope you get the point. I have been where you are now in
life and I KNOW that things can and do turn around. You have to move
beyond her pettiness and avoid her. Move to another area if you have to.
She sounds like she is a "toxic person" that you really don't need to
see or be around. Get the divorce done, lick your wounds, push through
the hurt and anger and you will surface a better person on the other
side. Best of luck to you. I feel your pain and I hope you can keep your
head up and push through it. There are some very good women out there
and you will find many good women here on this site. I found my future
wife here AND I WASN'T EVEN LOOKING. That, I beleiev, was the key. She
is so far out of the realm of the women that I traditionally persue but
we are a perfect match. Everything happens in the proper time and place
and that does not mean that it is always easy. We learn the most from
the worst of situations if only we open our eyes, our minds and our
hearts. Blessed be )0(

Hey Poet,
Maybe it's just mother earth rebelling against how badly she has been
polluted. That is why we have global warming - she's getting hot around
the collar. Normal weather isn't so normal anymore - eh? Blessed be )0(

My sweetie lives in Alabama and I wanted to be with her for x-mas/yule
as well. Just didn't work out that way. Looking forward to moving her
out here to Utah in February. I am psyched. Met her here on justsayhi.
Patience will always persevere - although it really sucks sometimes. You
ALL have a great holiday season and may life bring you all you dream of
and work for. Blessed be )0(

The majority of my college degrees are in the law enforcement arena. I
am for the death penalty and have met very few in law enforcement that
are against it. For me the belief comes from seeing the devastation of
entire families because of the actions of these perpetrators. The only
improvement I could see made would be for the remaining family members
to handle it outside of the prison system. Rape my daughter, I take care
of it. Kill one in my family we come for you ourselves. In some cases
vigilante's should have a place - but only the directly affected in each
case. I know, strange view, but you asked. LOL
