Good luck and don't give up! What worked for me(kinda gross, but) was visualization...whenever I had the urge, I'd close my eyes and imagine(really imagine) licking a dirty wet ashtray.

I know exactly how you feel. I DID the "for life" thing ...apparently, our lives ended and nobody told me!
As far as love goes, I feel like a ghost now....just drifting. I'm ok in general. I have more "up" days than "down" days at least. Didn't think I'd be ok, but I am. I can't see anybody getting my guard back down to try again. I'm glad there's people out there that are willing to continue on that quest and I hope it works out for all!

When you want something that badly, unfortunately, it doesn't happen. Why? I guess because we focus on that one thing so much that we miss a whole buncha other stuff going on. If you're happy with yourself, love'll find you.

I would get rid of that "pushed aside for mr. right" line. It infers you wouldn't be right for anyone. It's putting yourself down and women don't dig that. Other than that, it's great!
