Thanks everyone! I had the best time ever! We walked along the pier on Lake Michigan while the sun was setting. We then walked the beach line and put our feet in the water. :)

We ate dinner, and I had a drink and he paid. Oh and he also opened all the doors for me. :)

We then came back watched a movie and cuddled.

And he didn't try to be the typical horny guy at all. After driving for 2 1/2 hours each way, I kissed him on the cheek when he left and he was totally fine with that.

Sorry girls, I basically took the last gentleman.

This site is amazing, without it I wouldn't have met him.

I met a wonderful guy, thanks to JSH and we're meeting today. It's a two and a half hour drive, and he'll be here in about an hour!

I'm nervous because we both really like each other.

I totally understand. And then if you were to save up the money and finally move, prices are probably going to be higher really concerning everything... it's just a mess. It's easier to stay in washed up Michigan, lol.

I've learned, and this is coming from another young one, that when you're really just happy with yourself and NOT looking particularly then that's when the good one's show up. It's because as humans we look for people who have confidence and just love themselves. So my advice is to just hang out with some people, make friends on here and before you know it you'll be talking to a girl.

Thanks! Everyone's real nice on here :) I would love to just move away and not think about it, but I'm so close to my family - it would be heart wrenching! I lived in Orlando twice for a few months at a time, for internships and that was hard enough!

I think the Michigan water has something in it, to keep all of us here.

I know the feeling - Do you play sports?? And it's just not strangers, I've had my whole extended family tell me how it's sad I didn't play volleyball in college.
