My friends are close....to my heart, and my fingertips.
I've met some amazing people here, and tho I'd love to be able to spend time sharing the same breathing space...I won't disregard the fact that friends can be made anywhere.

2 nights ago. A guy comes up to the bar I'm working...we look at each other and don't say anything. The bartender asks him if he's okay..cuz he looks dazed...
He came back to my bar (I work in a casino and there are 5 bars inside it) 4 more times during my shift...when he was with a friend, he'd laugh and be vocal, but alone he was shy. When my shift ended...I searched him out. With the help of his friend (or possibly in spite of it considering all the harrassing he was getting), he got over the worst of his shyness, and we talked for an hour and a half. We have a date on Monday. |

We talked. We kissed. We exchanged phone numbers. We've exchanged text messages today. He's 13 years younger than me. Hawt. Races cars and motorcycles(crotch rockets) as a hobby. Has a great job. I have to wonder if he was sober....since I met him at work..and I work at a casino... I don't know. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. But...yeah...too good to be true? Maybe... im crossin my fingers, toes, eyes, legs...whatever it takes baby....hope it works! We'll see. Slow. One day at a time. But thanks for crossing all your 2000 body parts! |
