if its made legal... then it can be controlled better it can be taxed and you wont have people thinking they are bad asses doing it so the temptation will prolly die down a bit... they should legalize it but with restrictions... kinda like alcohol

Im in the library at school studying and a man comes up to me and in VERY GOOD english says excuse me so i look over.... and he starts talken VERY BROKEN english to the point where i couldnt even understand what he was trying to say.. but he had this pamphlet thingy... asking for money for china or somthen like that... so i told him i didnt have any money with me... cuz i dont... and IN PROPER PERFECT ENGLISH says ok thanks... like WTF
