A few years back it got to be 122 in the summer. We dont have the humidity but 114-122 is just INSANE!

I just got out of a 4month relationship with a asshole! Yeah~ Dont sell yourself short we deserve much better. Dont settle like I did as in the long run it sucks ass.
Thank gosh I got out when I did. The single life is so much better as there is NO more drama, games or BS. |

Oh my gosh we had such a good time. About 20 co-workers and I went out and just lived it up. Nothing like Dennys at 3am :O)~ Some drunk pics taken so I am sure I will regret a lot Monday morning.

If I was dishonest with someone I would take responsibility for the
choice I made and make amends to that person, They might not accept my apology, but I would do it as I know it would be the right thing to do, It isnt always easy taking responsibility for some of the poor choices we make but I think we grow as people when we do. Learn from your mistakes and let go of the guilt. |

and I just met him to give him his things back, and asked if he still wanted to be friends. He said no and I told him I would respect that. Knee surgery

Has anyone has knee surgery. I had my 2nd one in a year and they suck, I
had it done on Friday and my calf is on fire!!! Hurts more then my knee does, and I am tired of all the damn pain meds. If you had surgery and calf pain what did you do to help relieve the pain? I have done the streches and ice but the pain is unreal and I am burned on all the meds. The DR says keep streaching but that isnt helping. |
