I am sooo sick of shallow people. My one friend Tony has been dropping hits that he wants to start dating me. I want to, I like him but I really don't have time, with school an whats going on health wish I am going to be short of time these days. so I told him I am really going to be busy with whats going on, told him whats going on health wise an all he says back to me is " so I guess you don't have the time for a relationship." Then tells me good luck with everything an hope I have a good life. He does not even wanna be friends because I don't have the time for him. You think if he really did like me he would want to stand by my side through all of this and be a friend.

my son is 6 years old and he has some learning disabilitis and he has epilpesy but he is always picking on his 2 1/2 year old sister.he hits her kicks her and punches her and when we try to correct him about it he just laughs.anyone have any ideas how to get him to stop? i have a friend with a son who is similar. He had seen things through an abusive relationship with the father and mother. He also has a learing disorder but is smarter than most think. the mother does a great job with him but it is very trying dealing with him on a full time basis. He loves his sister but knows a good way to get attention is start being bad. Sometimes he will hit or swear if he does not get his way. What i do and i think works best is to treat everything he does with kindness. He really does not know how to react because he usually gets repremainded for his behavior. Do not condone it and if he starts to get violent of course restrain him but do it in a matter that if possible can show him softness and kindness. it seems to really work and in the year i have know him he has gotten way way better good luck |

a problem with the test is that someone can be highly intelligent but that doesn't mean they would be good parents. I do wonder sometimes about parents, though....like my neighbors not a test for real, i just hear another one today... BF & GF awalys argueing so lets have a kid...since we have nearly broke up a dozen or so time since we been together the whole six months... wtf |

BUt do you think we should make ppl take tests before we allow them to have children. We have to to drive a car...
Heres what happend to me the other day when i was working at the gym. I had my daugher there, and a man asks me if that is my only child, i say yes, he in turn tells me QOUTE, i have three, welll actually four but i dont count that one..... My jaw hit the floor, he went on to say he is not involved with any of them... but what really kinda shocked me is he really had no qualms or remorse about saying it or being like that.. am i alone here or what... |

I never have any trouble talking to or even flirting with gals if I'm out doing random stuff, shopping, ect. But if I am at a bar or somewhere where I would have to walk up to a lady and initiate contact, totally different story! I've had plenty of times where I was accused of flirting with the waitress ect, but I suppose in that situation, there is no emotonal risk involved. Perhaps thats the key. We/I feel socially confortable as long as the risk is low to none, but ramp up the risk factor (emotional risk) and suddenly the game has changed. Not sure of the answer to this though. Suggestions? true |
