I'd like nothing more than to abandon my addictive and self-defeating behaviors. I've tried over and over again and have repeatedly failed. I don't know what to do about it anymore. Have you ever seriously let yrself go? Have you ever drifted so far off course that you cannot find yr way back? I'm looking for a map, a compass, and a sextant. The boat is faulty though.
