You know I finished P90x and the last 2-3 weeks is where you see the biggest growth and progress, so whatever you do, DON'T GIVE UP, especially halfway through it...you just won't see a fraction of the results.
Also, after I finished P90X I started and finished Insanity. That will get you so ripped after you finish P90X, but just a word of caution...it is brutal...it makes P90 look like Richard Simmons |
