I have been doing some thinking about what I said about being afraid of walking up to someone and talking to them.. What I want to is start making myself walk up to someone of the opposit sex and try to start a conversation with them. Does anyone want to do this with me and report our findings here?

 Well went to talk with the college today about money.. because I am under 24, not married an have no kids I am still a dependent under my parents even though I do not live with them...I'm not even in the same state!
Well my parents make too much money, so the loan I was gonna get only covered $7,634 so I would have to pay $8,291 over 21 month which is just bout $400 a month! yeah I can't afford that. I have been online for most of the day trying to find grants, either I'm looking at the wrong stuff or I'm dumb. Every website I look at wants me to spend money to get a grant. so yeah as of now... I'm not gonna go to college. My parents can not afford to take out another loan, they just got one like 2 months ago for a new car. They can't afford to help me an besides I don't want them to help me! Its my education I wanna pay for it myself! Can just never win anymore 
I just started college.. Just take a few years off get married. Put your wife, and her kids through school; she will leave you when she graduates. Here is the kicker, while your living at home with the same sucky $8.00/hr job, things begin to change. I now make more in college loans and grants than I do at my regular job. And even though she took the car, I will buy one with the left over cash. Your still young, so waht do you say, make a spouse a better person.

Okay. But the question on THIS thread was why does one death over shadow another as in the examples given. Is it who is more popular? Better known? If it was sudden or a long illness, etc Still with the overshadowing you still have drama and it is still famous people we are talking about. may be  but it just came to mind... have diarrhea of the hands I guess.

I C no one is talking about Daryl Hannah being arrested at a coal mine in West Virginia of all places... 
for what? Protesting Environmental Rights or something... Had her getting in a police car with a smile on her face...it has been a while since she had a good movie though. Time to drum up publicity. Oh she was in a good movie? I might have missed that one. Kill Bill vol. 1 and 2. Hot nurse outfit That wasn't Hannah that was Uma Thurman Oh never mind I remember she was in there too. Sorry. Celebrety death is just another reason to continue the drama. What do you mean? when a celebbrity dies, i usally remember the stuff I like, but most of the time I am just like bummer and move on. alot of poeple will be talking and crying and arguing with each other like Micheal was there best friend. DRAMA, as a gay friend used to say. tonight I allowed myself to be came part of it (guilty) but it was more in fun because of the waves it created. It is so easy to become caught up in all whirlwind that ignites these topics. |

Why was she arrested? When did this happen? sunday or monday... she thinks coal mines should be shut down and the lights go out.. To bad AEP is not in Cali they could shut off her power..
