On a more serious note, I must admit that it's by looking elsewhere
(from my immediate circle of friends to the rest of the world --
countries in war, etc.) that I remain focussed and gain a more realitsic
perspective on things, especially when I feel like slipping into
self-pity over trivial matters such as not having a mate.

I always smile when people from other countries think that all the
provinces of Canada are bilingual. How many times did I hear, "That's
neat! You get out of the province of Quebec and you can speak your own
language (mine is French) anywhere you go within Canada". haha So cute.

I had downloaded the software from www.filehippo.com. You might want to
check there.

I did this with either 'paint.net', 'picasa' (v. 2.6.0)or 'photofiltre'
(French).

If you go to www.filehippo.com and go through all their freebies you
will find such programs. I am using "PICASA"
