Why do some women desire to be with a man who doesnt want them? treats them badly? or uses them? Even when there is a truly nice man who wants to be with them!? Why do some people like to be whipped? Why do some like dirty sex? I have to think it has something to do with childhood and abuse,,, |

You will have their names & addresses, find some people to send a warning thru. Worked for me. Unfortunately it happened in the middle of the night. With Mojo bein in the back she didn't see 'em comin up so she could bark her head off an warn me someone was out there. U'd think with my carport light bein on an the fact that people comin an goin from the neighborhood would stop 'em. Nope I think the only thing that's gonna do it is some very mean Rottweillers posted at each corner of the house. Gonna make it hard for the meter guy but oh well. 
I'm thinkin' it's probably one of your neighbors that is acting like a friend,,, not sure why,,, No it's either a kid who's parent doesn't give a sh*t that their kid comes home with stuff that doesn't belong to em or one of the many drug heads across the road at the aprt complex. This neighborhood just ain't what it used to be.
50 bucks of crack will get you all the info you need,,, then you can take care of the problem without having to bother the cops,,,

Nothing but spammers & BS there, I don't like it, way too slow, i've actually got a virus on my pc twice from there!! I'm on Facebook, I found it much better....jmo lol,,, what a dumb@ss you hit paydirt with that remark try guessing how many women here just made a note of that,,, |

i just dont see where the courage is in the whole thing. what would really be the difference between seeing someone's profile here, or on myspace besides more pictures? i mean, its not like there's any risk involved with it at all.... I'm thinking courage is being substituted for naive,,, |

SHOT AND FED TO THE DOGS!!! Since movin back into this town an into my deceased Mom's home in 2002, there have been 5 bikes, a pit bull puppy, a lawnmower an now recently yet another lawn mower & weed eater stolen. I'm sick of it. I'm seriously considerin gettin myself 3 more big dogs an postin one on each corner of my property. I have a German Shepard already but unfortunately I had her in the backyard when the theft occured. Any thoughts on how effective this might be in deterrin any future theft??

Make sure you retain all records of rents, expenses,,,
As for the mold problem,,, you need to have the health dept. or another service come in to do the tests for confirmation so you can take the landlord to court,,, A good attorney, (if the landlord has multiple properties) will summons other tenants past,,, I would seek advice first but make sure to get a confirming service to back up your claims,,, it's imperative! |
