I am not so fond of sharks.... nor grumpy snakes.

jumped out of a plane several times to conquer it
still get vertigo when looking down a couple of stories

not so concerned with "conquering" anymore....just accepting and managing

i do not fear death, i am terrified of the ignorant..they are unpredictable.

Honestly, I have only one fear.

Some would say I'm a bit of a dare devil. I say I'm an old man ready to sit in the sun.

Me too! I know where it stems from, though. My parents had containers of wheat, for food storage, when my sister and I were maybe 10 and 7. When went in the family room (that was seldom used) to find something it was full of mice. It had a nautical look, so burlap was on the top half of the wall. The room was more of a storage room, so boxes of stuff were in piled in there.
About dozen mice were on the floor & burlap. We both freaked out!!!!!

Don't like heights, have been in the Space Needle in Seattle a few times, didn't like it, but handled it, liked it better when I was on the ground. One time it was really windy and I swear I could feel it swaying in the wind. Have never been in an airplane, and not in a hurry to get in one either.

My other fear is of guns. My ex pulled rifles on me twice while he was raging drunk, and I hate them, don't want them in my house. I have always had a fear of death too.

Spiders and mice and snakes don't bother me that much, they can startle me, but I am not terrified of them.

I have died before, no biggie, I'm not scared of much except heights.

That movie was scary to me when I was younger . I watched it when I was older and it just seemed goofy.
I can see how a maze could frighten child. We have one in Williamsburg, VA.
