went to a therapist as my marriage was falling apart. It was nice to be able to talk. It didn't do much for my frame of mind at the time, but the longer term benefit of being less guarded has helped quite a bit

I saw a therapist when I got divorced, but I had to stop seeing her because she was hotter than my ex. So I had to see another therapist because of the therapist because of my ex. But I stopped seeing that one also because for me, time was the best therapy. That and a computer!

tried one for a year...some good came out of it, but overall I dont trust them...usually they are the ones needing the therapy and use their clients to resolve their own issues.

I know that happens with medical personnel in general. Same thing of distrust in a lot of people. |

Same thing of distrust in a lot of people. are you trying to analyze me? thats one beef I have with therapists..cant have conversation without being second guessed or probed for a "deeper meaning"...some of us are just shallow people who speak plainly and clearly.... no I didnt have any bad experiences but Ive know enough that did and. I worked in the "system" for too many years..I saw plenty.
