GRB that information is interesting.. I'm assuming you'd be a good trivia player lol That is just something I read about and actually remembered. Most of the time I remember the information long after the question was asked so I don't think playing trivia would work out well for me...lol

For WhersWilly you only need the serial number from the bill. WheresGeorge you have to put in the serial number, year, and denomination. But it does say "any Canadian Bank Note" so maybe the serial numbers are different for each denomination there.

That would make sense, but the US mint does not do it that way. The same number can be used on the 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 dollar bills for each year. So collectors will get a set of all the bills that year, I guess the holy grail would be the 000000000001 bills.

another trivia I was unaware of.. interesting but weird.. IMO I bet getting the 1st of each would definitely be golden I have a sequential set of crisp/new US $2 bills, and another of Canadian $1 bills before they disappeared.. unintentionally lol |

I put 5 of them in there tonight, now I am wondering if they will go out as change or just go back to the bank...lol I was laughing to myself as I was putting them in because I was imaging people getting them as change being like WFT?...lol I think I will have to go get some more...lol
