What makes you think Hitler wasn't charismatic? He was one of the greatest orators of the 20th century. He moved people to commit some of the most horrific acts in the history of mankind.
Do you believe that if he were a drole humdrum speaker with the charisma of someone like Al Gore or maybe a labotomized circus chimp he could have accomplished what he did? Bush is entertaining but only because he's a bumbler!laugh
When was the last truly charismatic president the US had? Kennedy maybe? The rest have been as charismatic as vanilla ice cream!laugh
America NEEDS someone that can move mountains and I don't see anyone on the ballot that can do much more than shovel the same buckwheat down your necks.

That deal about the hand over the heart is FOX noise. Nothing was happening when the photo was shot. Later, the "Star Spangled Banner" was played. It is not necessary to put your hand over your heart during that song. I attended a commissioning ceremony on 12/31/07 during which the National Anthem was played. I looked around to see if anyone would put their hand over their hearts. No one did! These were career Navy people and certainly patriotic. It is unfair to judge another's patriotism, religiousity, ideas, thoughts, etc.

He doesn't remind me of any American political figure unfortunately. If you really want more info about him not respecting the American flag here is a link to the story and a photo of it as well http://www.usaelectioninfo.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=96&Itemid=79

This what I feel when I hear Obama, Clinton, and Edwards:

"Men are so simple and so much inclined to obey immediate needs that a deceiver will never lack victims for his deceptions” - Niccolo Machiavelli

I posted this under another Obama page but did not see a reply...is it true that Obama was raised Muslim and that he attended one of those radical Muslim schools in Jakharta??

TRINITY UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST

During this campaign for the Presidency, It's interesting that so much has been made of Mitt Romney's Mormom religion, while we hear so little of Barack Obama's, outside of the denials of his being Muslim. However, if you look more closely at Trinity United Church of Christ, Obama's church, it sounds more like a racist cult than anything else, with a committment, not to America, but to Africa. Scary, when you consider this man could be the President of this United States.

Obama mentioned his church during his appearance with Oprah. It's the Trinity Church of Christ. I found this interesting.

Obama's church: Please read and go to this church's website and read what is written there. It is very alarming. Barack Obama is a member of this church and is running for President of the U.S. If you look at the first page of their website, you will learn that this congregation has a non-negotiable commitment to Africa. No where is AMERICA even mentioned.

Notice too, what color you will need to be if you should want to join Obama's church...Talk about being prejudice

Doesn't look like his choice of religion has improved much over his (former?) prejudice upbringing.

This guy desires to rule over America while his loyalty is totally vested in Africa!

I cannot believe this has not been all over the TV and newspapers. This is why it is so important to pass this message along to all of our family & friends. To think that Obama has even the slightest chance in the run for the presidency, is really scary.

This is the web page for the church Barack Obama belongs to: www.tucc.org/about.htm

I don't want either of them. That isn't because of race or sex. It's because they both have hidden agendas...such as his church: www.tucc.org/about.htm And if she gets it then being the President has been passed back and forth between only 2 families in the last 20 (?) years

Barack Obama backs a Taliban Supporter in Kenya

Sarah Hussein Obama of Kenya, Barack Obama’s stepgrandmother, is a lifelong Muslim. “I am a strong believer of the Islamic faith,” she says.

This past weekend, women and children -- entire families -- were burned alive as a crowd of Kenyans torched a church where they had gathered to protect themselves.

The violence broke out after a disputed election in which populist challenger Raila Odinga was defeated. Odinga had even hired **** Morris as a consultant. Jack Wheeler writes:

When Raila Odinga lost the presidential election last week (12/27) to Mwai Kibaki, he claimed the vote was rigged, whereupon his tribal followers went on murderous rampages such as in the town of Eldoret, where on New Years Day dozens of people were burned to death in a church set on fire... Throughout Kenya, hundreds of people have been politically murdered in the last few days.

...Raila has now made a deal for support from the Soviets' successors as world-champion enemies of the West and democratic freedoms: Muslim fundamentalists...

...And here is the biggest non-surprise: Raila Odinga has, in his own words, a "close personal friendship" with Barrack Hussein Obama Junior. When Obama went to Kenya in August of 2006, he was hosted by Raila and spoke in praise of him at rallies in Nairobi... Obama’s bias for his fellow Luo was so blatant that a Kenya government spokesman denounced Obama during his visit as Raila’s “stooge.”
It gets worse. If you read through the agreement that Obama's friend signed with the National Muslim Leaders Forum, you'll find that Kenya is destined to turn into an African version of Talibanistan.

* "Popularize Islam, the only true religion... by ordering every primary school in Kenya in the regions to conduct daily Madrassa classes."
* "Impose a total ban on open-air gospel crusades by worshippers of the cross..."
* "Outlaw gospel programs... on KBC, the National Broadcaster."
* "Impose a total ban on the public consumption of alcoholic beverages..."
* "Impose an immediate ban on women's public dressing styles that are considered immoral and offensive to the Muslim faith..."

Obama's friend, in other words, is setting the stage for a transformation of Kenya into a Muslim state, similar to that which governed Afghanistan during the days of the Taliban.

Note that the mainstream media hasn't reported a single word regarding the true nature of Kenya's unrest -- nor Obama's involvement with Odinga and the onset of a Taliban-style Sharia law in Kenya

Its funny you bring this up, In my eyes I dont really feel 100% that this guy is American... I know so many people who are raised aboard but are "American Citizen" I fine this a little scary... I wonder where Obamas heart really is...You hear so much crap over the internet and thru the media... Its hard to fine out the TRUTH...I dont believe every single thing I hear on or off the net but I believe there's a hint of truth in some of the things we are hearing. Idk just my thoughts lol

Barack Obama backs a Taliban Supporter in Kenya

^^^^ The issue I have with this is very simple in nature. Every reference to this article I could find was directed to a blog at Doug Ross @ Journal located at directorblue.blogspot.com/. All of the reference was blogs that quoted it verbatim.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has found a legitimate source for this.

Political blogs, while sometimes being compelling, are not what I would consider to be legitimate. You or me can write pretty much anything we want to without having to be accountable to what we have written, the validity of what we write, or any fact checking whatsoever..

Does this sound familiar? "anyone who speaks out against"

Our own leaders, who are these people, I'm not sure they were elected. Infact, my physical evidence supports the idea that they were indeed just 'put' into office. Even the German people actually wanted Hitler in his role at first.
