Topic: Cosmetic Surgery to improve yourself?

Apart from cosmetic surgery needed as a result of health issues and accidents.

There is cosmetic surgery for both men and women to enhance appearance, everything from Face fillers to Boob jobs to Butt lifts.

Is it something you would do, have already had done, or are you happy with what God gave you?
