Scientific use of community relationships to enhance mental

Mental what?

The study of social dynamics enhances many mental attributes depending upon the specific area of study and the starting mental state of the student.

Scientific use of social sciences can range anywhere from possible community establishments to the location and layout of a community to how the community is maintained and appreciated by its inhabitants.

Aesthetics in a community can directly affect the occupant's mental acceptance and can correlate to how involved individuals within that community interact with the community as a social structure.

A well-ordered and well-maintained community lead by personal and competent political leaders can cause its inhabitants to feel safe and proud of their town which in turn enhances their baseline mental state.
By contrast, a poorly ordered and poorly maintained community lead by politicians who are impersonal and incompetent can make the inhabitants angry and volatile...ashamed.

Wow; Aesthetics are important.

It was mental health that I was thinking about, but there are many values associated with mental state.

That idea gets my vote.

Leaders are more fun to converse with, but hosts are more fun to depend on, because people can work on their own meaning and purpose.

Thanks for being, Leah.

I have a theory that inward awareness on what one needs from community is important for any individual.

Knowledge is certainly helpful. It is good to find information.

Hi, I think Tom’s thoughts are very valid and think those can be extended into online communities too.

In terms of individuals being self aware in knowing what they want to gain from any community whether virtual or face to face, depends on the level of self awareness one has and also the level of mental health awareness the community members have as a whole.

The baseline for each and all is the ability to determine reality from delusion.

The Id often overpowers reality in favor of personal preference.
This tends to confuse life because things happen according to reality but are seen with delusional intent.

Car won't start - My car hates me!
Woman smiles at you - She loves me.
Credit cards all maxed out - I'm successful.

People with healthy self-esteem have healthy self-esteem because they don't clutter reality with delusion.

To your list of 6 I add Acceptance.
Acceptance that in the real world what we want doesn't necessarily indicate/reflect the reality which actually exists.

People's lives are more important than relationships. Unchecked altruism weeds out the good people through self-sacrafice. Much better just to appreciate people for being.

Hi Lane waving the six psychological needs were defined by Anthony Robbins as motivation drivers for success /happiness . His theory builds on the famous Maslow’s heirachy of needs which I am very familiar with .

It is important to note that the six psychological needs can be met negatively … for example someone could use significance “feeling significant “ as a driver for criminal behaviour .

Oh! So that’s where that came from. I just read more into it. I see now they are polar components of nature, society, and development.

One time I went backpacking alone for a few days away from internet and all human society. I was very much at peace and content, but felt like I was missing out on a chance to be a part of something greater than myself.

Nowadays I have been out of school and working for some number of years now, there is an abundance of opportunity for contribution, but I feel a need to seek inspiration.

The two needs that appear to be related to society are significance and connection.

The question from there might be how to get these things from community in the most efficient manner, or perhaps a more vibrant manner.

Thanks for being, Blondey whoa
